Provence house with 180° panoramic view

Set in lush greenery on the hills above Beaumes-de-Venise, with no neighbors directly across the way, the house offers 120 m² of living space and a 1,600 m² terraced garden with a spectacular and magical 180° view of the entire Comtat Venaissin plain, the Luberon Mountains, and the Alpilles. The garden features numerous relaxation areas, and, above all, featuring an above-ground pool and a hot tub—perfect for unwinding after a hike or sightseeing trip!

A barbecue and a plancha will let you treat your taste buds while enjoying the spectacular view...

4 bedrooms upstairs, 3 of which are air-conditioned, carefully decorated, and each equipped with storage space, 2 brand-new bathrooms with toilets—one upstairs with a double shower and the one on the ground floor featuring a laundry area (washing machine, ironing board, steam generator)—a living room with a TV lounge area opening onto a large, open, functional, and fully equipped kitchen: drip coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, wine cooler, 2 refrigerators (one of which is a fridge-freezer combo), convection oven, large-capacity microwave, kitchen appliances, plenty of dishes (including wine glasses) and other kitchen utensils...
A free “starter kit” will be provided to ensure a smooth and stress-free arrival (coffee, salt, pepper, spices, oils, dish soap, sponges, dishwasher tablets, etc.)

Free Wi-Fi (fibre), first-aid kit, welcome booklet, and other information (maps, tourist brochures, discounts…) available on-site.
As a cycling enthusiast, I’d be happy to recommend the most scenic routes in our region—and maybe even join you for a ride…
Bicycle rentals are available in the surrounding villages.

Hikers won’t be left out either, as our house is located just 50 metres from a trailhead offering countless opportunities for exploration…

You’ll find all the usual amenities within a 10-minute walk (or 2-minute drive), including all kinds of shops (U supermarket, butcher and deli, cheese shop, bakeries, pharmacy, tobacco shop, newsstand, cafés, restaurants, wine shop, wineries, ATM....) as well as a medical centre (doctors, nurses, physical therapists, podiatrists…)

The pool and hot tub are cleaned twice a week for your comfort.

Best stay ever!

This is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed, and I’ve rented many houses over the years in the US and Europe. The view is exceptional, the house beautiful and well equipped, and the location very good. It’s in the middle of the wine country and is an easy drive to the Luberon, the Alpilles, all the Roman ruins, and the Pont du Gard région. The owners were super nice and easy to communicate with. There are fantastic hiking trails right outside the door and many more in the region. I can’t say enough good things about this place - it surpassed my expectations. I hope to return soon!

Beautiful property, stunning location, very comfortable stay.

Set with stunning views overlooking Beaumes de Venise, it was a pleasure just to sit and take in the view. Beautiful house with everything we needed including great kitchen. Very spacious and cool despite the hot temperatures outside. Was wonderful to be able to take dogs out into the forest behind the property for early morning walks. Kids loved the pools. Lots to explore in the area including vineyards in walking distance. Very helpful hosts - on hand for any problem or question. High recommend. Hope to be back next year!

Lovely house with beautiful view.

Had a wonderful week in a pleasant house with a beautiful view. The house and especially the garden are nicer and more spacious than expected. There are several places in the garden where you can stay. From the house you can directly enter a hiking area. Pleasant communication with the owners, who are flexible and always friendly and respond quickly. The pool is not huge but provided the refreshment and fun we needed in the very hot week we were there. The air con in most rooms made the stay comfortable. To be repeated.
