Rhonda was extremely welcoming on our arrival, explaining where everything was. It was so cold when we arrived in Nashville, but her home was super warm and cosy. We immediately felt at home. The house was extremely clean and tidy and very well equipped. The house is situated in a beautiful, quiet and safe area. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and would have no hesitation in staying here again

The location and immediate neighborhood are ideal - close enough to downtown and in an extremely quiet residential area ideal for walking or cycling. Close to shopping, Belle Meade, Warner Parks, etc. Rhonda was helpful and accommodating. Thank you!

The host was nice enough on the phone but when we got there, no contact at all though they lived next door. The place had 2 bedrooms which was good, but decrepit, not maintained. Cables running across the driveway, cracks in the ceiling, junk overflowing the garage. Old toilet on the deck. An old hanger replaced a drawer pull. Cracked and chipped grout and tile, missing tiles in kitchen.
