You have a complete private place, FREE off-street parking and everything you need from bedding, towels, bathroom items,cookware, and clothes washer dryer. I have the best restaurant, attraction and event guide for guests ♪

♪ You have a private entrance, kitchen, bathroom, living room, 2 bedrooms, and laundry washer / dryer in basement. The building has 2 separate floors. You have the entire first floor to yourself, everything shown on the ad, nothing shared with anyone. Complete privacy ♪

Good location close to E. Nashville and a short ride to downtown action. Quiet house and neighborhood, stocked with everything needed for our long weekend stay. Host (Seth) is very helpful and responds quickly to any messages. Super easy check in / out. Would stay again

When we arrived there was a musty locker room smell in the house. The bedclothes also did not seem clean and the floor was dirty. The smell was making my wife physically ill. We opened windows and left to get dinner. When we got back the smell was no better.I contacted the host and explained that we could not stay due to the smell and we got a hotel nearby. I was able to contact the host for a few days afterward trying to resolve the issue. Then he no longer responded to attempts to contact him.
