Lovingly renovated old farmhouse

Our cozy cottage is ideal for a stay in the Hunsrück and the Mosel. Whether for a short break or a relaxing holiday, plenty of space for 2 to 6 people.
Particularly hikers will find great hiking trails and since October 2015, the longest suspension bridge in Germany.
You will also find next door the pleasure -Scheune with a wide range of
Wines, liqueurs, fine oils and vinegars and much more.

Great location for hiking and exploring both the Rhine and Mosel Valleys

We loved the quietness of the village and the well-located base the property gave us for exploring. We also enjoyed beautiful wintry local walks. The property was basic but supplied what we needed. Thank you for the welcome pot of loval honey and the friendly host on hand if we needed.

Schönes Familienwochenende

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat den Charme, den alten Bauernhäuser oftmals haben. Nicht alles ist supermodern, dafür sehr heimelich und funktioniert prima. Manche Bilder im Inserat sind nicht mehr ganz up to date, die neue Einrichtung ist aber auch sehr gemütlich. Zu empfehlen für ein paar ruhige Tage mit kuscheligem Holzofen und Spaziermöglichkeiten zur nahe gelegenen Fußgänger-Hängebrücke.

Wel aardig

Woning is schots en scheef en de inrichting lijkt totaal niet op de foto’s in de advertentie. Eigenaar wel aardag en heel behulpzaam. De brug is het enigste vertier in de buurt. Verder heel stil dorp waar niets te beleven valt.

Altes Haus mit Flair

Ein über 200 Jahre altes Haus mit sehr viel Flair. Schiefe Böden und niedrige Decken sind nicht für jeden etwas, aber wer alte Gebäude liebt, findet es schön. Die Ortschaft ist klein und gemütlich. Man findet viel Ruhe. Die Gastgeber sind hilfsbereit. Gute Ausflugs- unnd Wandermöglichkeiten

Ruim en fijn huis

Goede communicatie, vriendelijke gastheer en vrouw. Huisje is erg ruim met vrijwel alle gemakken voorzien. Helaas geen vriezer. Huisje is schots en scheef, maar dat vonden we wel geinig en de kinderen ook.

Gemütlich und urig

Das Ferienhaus ist total gemütlich und urig - mit niedrigen Decken und Fachwerk. So richtig zum wohlfühlen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und in seiner Genuss-Scheune kann man herrliche selbstgemachte Dinge wie Honig, Liköre, Marmeladen etc. kaufen. Die Landschaft ist wunderschön und lädt zu ausgiebigen Wanderungen ein. Wir sind begeistert und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

boerderij met karakter

Mooie ruime boerderij met karakter, heerlijk verbleven. konden ons niet geheel vinden in vorige recensies helaas, prima kwaliteit. Heerlijk verbleven. Het enige is dat het wifi signaal niet overal sterk is, dus heb je daar behoefte aan, neem een versterker mee. voldoende mogelijkheden om lekker de omgeving in te gaan!

Top locatie, zeer vriendelijke eigenaren. Dichtbij de hangbrug De Geierlay, prachtig wandelen.

Door de ouderdom van het huis wat donker (en laag en scheef), maar zeer volledig qua inrichting. Niet overal even schoon/stofvrij, maar dat was makkelijk op te lossen met de aanwezige stofzuiger.

Die Ferienwohnung war super. Für uns 6 Freunde genau richtig fürs Wochenende. Die Vermieter sind super nett, haben uns ausgeholfen mit Bettbezügen weil einer der Freunde seins vergessen hatte und haben uns ihren privaten Grillplatz angeboten falls es geregnet hätte. Super Gastfreundlich. Man hat sich sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt.Für einen Supermarkt muss man ein paar Minuten fahren. Die Hängeseilbrücke war direkt in der Nähe. Sonst gab es aber, ausser wandern nicht so viel, was man machen konnte, was aber für uns okay war, weil wir genau das tun wollten. Die Natur in der Umgebung war wundervoll. Alles in Allem war es ein echt schöner Aufenthalt. Wir würden wieder kommen.
