un nettoyage de fond est nécessaire ,congèlateur non dégivré ,impossible d'ouvrir les tiroirs .rideau chambre à revoir ,il est noté que la location pour 4 personnes et 1 semaine fourni le papier toilette (1 rouleau ! ).le proprietaire n'étant pas sur place ,l'arrivée et le départ ne sont pas assurés sauf heure fixée 16h 11h .nous avons du mettre la clef sous le paillaisson à notre départ .d'autre part la porte d'entrée ne ferme pas.sinon le logement est très bien équipé et bien placé.

Nous sommes très satisfaits de nos vacances à Ascain. L appartement est bien équipé, fonctionnel, conforme à la description. Il est situé à proximité de nombreuses promenades à pied et de plages comme St Jean de Luz (15 minutes en voiture). Nous y retournerons volontiers.

moisissures dans le frigo et dans la douche , moustiquaire déchiré (impossible d'aérer correctement à cause des nombreux moustiques) vmc couverte de poussières qui date de plusieurs mois , persienne cassée, machine à lavée salle à l'intérieur, four rempli de miette, plinthe abimée, les 2 ventilateurs couvert de poussières, pelouse pas faite à notre arrivée mais point positif après réclamation elles ont été faite 2 jours plus tard. j'ai signalé tous cela le lendemain de mon arrivée au propriétaire qui je pense n'est pas au courant de l'état de ces 2 appartements ( il a une représentante sur place ) car j'ai discuté avec les autres locataire de l'autre appartement la situation est la même alors qu'ils étaient venu il y a quelques années tout était impeccable. j'ai pris des photos ai je les ai transmise au propriétaire le lendemain de notre arrivée
