Stonebridge Country Club

Nicely decorated villa in Stonebridge which is a gated, private golfing community with lush landscaping and walking and bicycling paths. The owners' membership can be transferred to the tenant which gives the tenant full privileges to the Stonebridge amenities for a small transfer fee. The Club House was completely renovated a few years ago and has multiple dining options, both inside and outside, formal or casual. There also is a work-out facility on site! Don't miss this one! This community is very active with a tennis pro and just a great place to rent because there are many planned activities. Stonebridge is close to great shopping, fine dining, Artis Naples, Fifth and Third Avenues and Vanderbilt Beach, voted one of the top ten beaches in the U.S.
