Accommodation on the first floor of the Ligurian house, in the beautiful village of Fezzano di Portovenere, overlooking the Gulf of Poets.
Sea 20 meters in front.
Free parking included.
Living room with sofa bed for 2 people, window with direct view of the sea and the marina. Equipped kitchen.
Double bedroom with courtyard side window. Very quiet. Additional bed armchair.
Bathroom upstairs, connected to the living room by an internal staircase, complete with bath, shower and washing machine.
Accommodation with double exposure, directly on the sea and on inner courtyard.

A comfortable place on the water, very clean and nice

Room with a view

My son and I had a great weekend in Fezzano. The apartment overlooks the marina and is perfectly situated between La Spezia and Porto Venere. Both are in easy reach by bus, but no so close that you are fighting through crowds to get there. We will be back.

Two nights in Fazzano

This place is really great! Clemente is so helpful. didn't use the kitchen at all but seemed well stocked if you need to use it. The view is amazing and with the parking pass, you don't have to worry about parking cause it's tough! Easy access to bus to get to train for cinque terre.

Clemente was the perfect host. Constant communication, he sent directions complete with photos to make it easy to locate. He supplied all the basis from simple dinners, water, milk, snacks, all paper products, coffee, teas, etc…. The apartment was very nice with a beautiful view of the marina. It was fun watching the cruise ships come and go. We enjoyed our stay there very much. If we return to this part of Italy again I would definitely try to stay there!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute apartment! Location was PERFECT; comfortable and well equipped. So close to the water, park, restaurants, neighborhood grocery store, bus stop for La Spezia and Portovenere (ferry to Cinque Terre). Fezzano locals so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Host was very accommodating. Grazie, Clemente! Only the one note/word to the wise: if you are staying towards the last week of the month, as we did, you may not have WIFI since evidently there is a 1GB/day limit with a total cap for the month...then it just doesn't work if prior guest have already maxed out the allocation. We just did not plan well by having all apps needed/downloaded beforehand.

Peaceful oasis

This apartment was a beautiful quiet spot in a small fishing village. Our host, Clemente, was fantastic! He was responsive to every single question I had (there were a few!!!) and was kind and helpful! He even had the makings for Our own pasta dinner with lovely Prosecco! Such nice touches. I would absolutely recommend staying in Clemente’s oasis by the water. It was a really lovely break from the rush of the cities and crowds!

Cosy and in a great location

The apartment had everything you needed and was warm during a bit of a cold snap. The parking pass was a bonus and one day when we were just going into La Spezia, we left the car and hopped on a bus. After a 3 night hotel break in Verona doing a lot of sightseeing, it was nice to have space in the apartment, take our time and sort of 'live like locals'! Clemente gave us lots of info to help us find it and was generous with a 'welcome pack'; also very accommodating when it was possible for us to check-in early or check out later. Thanks again - we may be back again!

Maraviglioso Fezzano!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment cosy but roomy enough. Loved the welcome amenities that Clemente provided which is a nice touch. Clemente was very proactive from the beginning to the end and the detailed instructions were very helpful. The apartment is well equipped and it’s a peaceful haven in the neighborhood of Portovenere called Fezzano which is conveniently located next to the bus line. Overall I would recommend for smaller families or couple and even with young children. Grazie Mille for your hospitality!

Clemente ist ein toller Gastgeber der, wenn auch nicht persönlich vor Ort, immer erreichbar und supernett ist und für jede Frage offen ist. Die Lage des Appartments ist super für Ausflüge nach Cinque Terre, Carrara, Pisa etc. Auch das Umfeld ist total ruhig direkt am Jachthafen. Parken ist auch genial nur ca. 200 Meter vom Appartment in einem Parkhaus und das kostenfrei!!.Alles in Allem nur zu Empfehlen

Una casa vacanze davvero a misura di turista: il nostro host ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra. L’appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort e arricchito di prodotti per la prima colazione e per le necessità alimentari di base. La vista sul golfo di La Spezia è impagabile. Comodissimo il parcheggio. Potete evitare di utilizzare la vostra macchina: la zona è servita da comodi e frequenti bus, che vi portano a Porto Venere oppure a La Spezia. Sulla bella Marina - a 3’ da casa a piedi - vi sono due alimentari e diversi ristoranti, tutti buoni; sono infine presenti alcuni bar ed una piccola spiaggia, con mare pulito, mai affollata. Grazie di tutto, caro Clemente!

Clemente, (mit dem wir nur per WhatsApp kommuniziert haben), war sehr aufmerksam, hat sich wunderbar um alles gekümmert, hat tolle und umfassende Vorschläge gemacht, was man unternehmen könnte, hatte alles sehr gut organisiert und war stets ansprechbar. Die Wohnung lag direkt an einem entzückenden Hafen. Gleichzeitig war es dort sehr ruhig - perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse. Immer wieder gern.

Au coeur du golf des poètes et des cinque terre

Très bien situé, avec vue sur la mer et sur le petit port très sympathique de Fezzano, avec ses bateaux, sa place où il fait bon flâner le soir, et ses restaurants de poisson et fruits de mer. L'appartement est très propre, joliment décoré et très bien équipé. Clemente est très attentionné et met tout en oeuvre pour que le séjour se passe bien. Il est très disponible et réactif a toutes les questions éventuelles. On est venu en voiture et un parking est mis à disposition , compris dans le prix de la location, et c'est un gros avantage car pour visiter les cinque terre il vaut mieux se déplacer en bus et train/bateau. On a passé un très bon séjour

Merveilleux séjour chez Clemente ! Appartement cosy et chaleureux. Parfaitement situé à Fezzano tellement reposant et apaisant après les visites avec nombreux touristes des magnifiques cinque terre. Dommage ne pas avoir rencontré notre hôte qui, même à distance, fut de bons conseils, à l'écoute et aux petits soins. A recommander +++ et l'accès gratuit au parking est un vrai ++++ :) Merci Clemente !

Soggiorno splendido

Vacanze di Natale al mare. Fezzano e un paesino incantevole nel Golfo dei Poeti, vicino a Portovenere e alle Cinque Terre (che consiglio di visitare in ogni stagione dell'anno ma non in estate visto l'enorme afflusso di turisti). Perfetto per staccare la spina dal quotidiano. Ideale per le famiglie. Sempre disponibile il proprietario, gentile e premuroso. Un saluto e, speriamo, anche un arrivederci.

Beste Lage um Wanderungen, Schwimmen und Stadtbesuche zu geniessen

Die Wohnung ist schmucke und alles wichtige ist vorhanden. Leider geht aus dem FeWo-Inserat nicht klar hervor, dass mit dem zweiten Schlafzimmer das Wohnzimmer gemeint ist.
