Due to the excellent location and the manifold possibilities in the adjoining 4 **** hotel Mercure our vacation home is ideal for a sportive vacation, as well as for a relaxed wellness stay: hiking trails, nearby ski slopes and trails, indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, fitness room, massages , Bike rental, tennis court, sunbathing area. Hotel restaurant with breakfast buffet u. Daily ticket.
Our comfortable 50 m² 2 room holiday apartment is designed for 1-3 persons. Living room with sofa bed, dining area and kitchenette, bedroom with double bed and large wall unit. Bathroom with bath-shower and toilet. Separate hallway. From our south-west loggia and from the living room and bedroom you have a magnificent panoramic view. You will also find peace and relaxation in the garden with sunbathing area. Free parking. For a fee: indoor pool, sauna, fitness, bike rental, tennis, washing machine / dryer. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and is accessible via a lift. In a short distance to our apartment you will find a supermarket, a bus stop and the historic Ludwigstrasse with restaurants and many small shops.

Die Wohnung ist schön,was fehlt wären Rollos zum verdunkeln.Die Straße ist leider sehr laut und die Baustelle nebenan auch.Dafür kann der Vermieter natürlich nichts.Einen Parkplatz zu finden ist schwierig.Wenn man tagsüber unterwegs war und dann zurückkommt ist alles belegt.

Excellent emplacement pour les randonnées:nous avons fait : 1 gorges de partnach-kreuzeckhaus-retour Partenkichen par le lac de Riessersee 2 tour du lac de Plansee 3 (notre préférée) randonnée au sommet du Walchensee 10,5kms 1200m de positif En visite faire: Château de Neuschwanstein Ville de Füssen Munich Sans oublier la ville de Garmisch

Alles optimal

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Bild aus den großen Fenster ist überwältigend. Man sieht die schneebedeckten Berge sogar vom Frühstückstisch. Ein guter Bäcket ist gleich um die Ecke, ebenso Rewe oder Netto Zur Bushaltestelle sind es nur ein paar Minuten. Die wunderschönen Ludwigstraße ist nicht weit, dort gibt es viele interessante Geschäfte. Partenkirchen ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Whg sauber und gut ausgestattet. Gute Lage in Partenkirchen zum Wandern, Nähe Altstadt, Netto direkt daneben, super Ausblick auf Zugspitze, Straße etwas laut, aber ok.

Sympathisches Appartement - zentral

Hübsche kleine, modern eingerichtete Wohnung in einem Appartement komplex, sehr ruhig. Modernes Bad mit Dusch-/ Badewanne. Sehr zentral im Ort ein paar Meter zur historischen Ludwigstrasẞe. Kleine Küche, keine Spülmaschine. Aber okay. Salz und Pfeffer sollte man selber mitbringen. Alles sehr geschmackvoll.

Ideale Wohnung für diverse Ausflüge in der Umgebung

Die Wohnung liegt ideal mit wunderschönen Blick auf Garmisch Partenkirchen und den Bergen rund um. Guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten. Man braucht das Auto kaum. Einkaufsmöglichkeit incl. Bäcker gleich um die Ecke. Wunderschöne Einkaufsstraße "Ludwigstraße" mit toller Bayrischer und auch Internationaler Gastronomie auch gleich um die Ecke. E-Bike Verleih genau gegenüber, perfekt. Die Wohnung ist klein, nett eingerichtet. Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, aber viele kleine Details, z.B. Gewürze fehlen in der Küche, hatte zum Glück alles dabei. Das Bad ist klein und modern eingerichtet. In der Duschbadewanne wäre eine Matte zum sicheren Stand ganz schön. Im Schlafzimmer sind große Schränke für viele eigene Sachen zum verstauen. Die Betten sind nicht sehr zu empfehlen. Schieben sich leicht auseinander, da zwei Einzelbetten und die Matratzen sind sehr hart. Der Erholungsefekt bleibt da eher aus. Aber das ist individuell Geschmacksache. Auch das Sofa im Wohnbereich ist sehr hart. Daher von uns nur 4 statt 5 Sterne. Ansonsten kann man hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbringen. Wir haben den Urlaub gebucht,da uns zugesichert wurde das wir den Wellness Bereich nutzen dürfen.

Uns wurde gesagt das die Eigentümer der Appartement mit den Bildern des Hotels werben,das finden wir nicht in Ordnung.

Wunderbarer Blick, alles vorhanden, was man braucht, sehr sauber. Zu Fuß und mit der Gästekarte gratis benutzbaren Bussen sind viele touristisch interessante Orte gut erreichbar. Schöne Gastronomie auf der angrenzenden Ludwigstraße, Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt um die Ecke. Kleines Manko der relativ laute Verkehrslärm, der sich von der Bundesstaße unglücklich am Haus fängt.

Ansprechendes Apartment mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern

Das ansprechend eingerichtete Apartment liegt in einem zweckmäßigen mehrstöckigen Seitenflügel des Hotels Mercure. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Berge ist schön, allerdings ist die Nähe zur Bundesstraße trotz neuen Straßenbelags geräuschintensiv, hauptsächlich in den Stoßzeiten. Positiv ist die unmittelbare Nähe zur Historischen Ludwigstraße hervorzuheben und generell die schnelle Erreichbarkeit der umliegenden Ausflugsziele. Ein kleines Manko ist die Größe des Küchenbereiches, weil zu wenig Platz für die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten bzw. das Abwaschen vorhanden ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Ansprechpartenerin vor Ort verlief immer reibungslos, sehr freundlich und zeitnah.

Klein aber feine Ferienwohnung. Sauberkeit Top!l .Super Ausblick vom Balkon. Wohnung liegt an der Ludwigstraße. Dort gibt es viele schöne Möglichkeiten zum Essen. Was mich gestört hat, das vor dem Haus ständig die Feuerwehrzufahrten und Stellflächen zugeparkt werden. und das sogar von den Anwohnern. Aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts. Kl. Apartment mit toller Aussicht, aber....

- Die Nähe zum Zentrum ist super, leider ist es an der Hauptstraße sehr laut, zu unserer Zeit gab es leider auch eine große Baustelle - Das Apartment befindet sich in einem großen Gebäudekomplex, teils Hotel und teils Eigentum. Die Gänge sind muffig und nachts kann man den Aufzug hören - Kleines Apartment mit toller Aussicht auf die Berge. Küchenausstattung der Kochnische zusammengewürfelt und minimalistisch. Keine scharfen Messer oder größere Brettchen. Flecken auf der Couch mit Schaffell abgedeckt. - Parkplätze vorhanden, doch wer später (nach 18 Uhr) kommt, findet keinen freien Parkplatz mehr. - Keine geeigneten Fahrradständer für schwere EBikes ohne Ständer
