The house is centrally located, about 8 minutes walk from the train station, in a quiet residential area. Shops, local and regional bus (free with a guest card), restaurants, spa gardens and walking paths in the immediate vicinity.

Another apartment "Zugspitze" (2989278) for 1-2 people is right next door on the same floor and the detached holiday house "Erika" (2989267) for 2-5 people on the property.
