Located in the peaceful, lush countryside of Saint-Jouin-Bruneval, you’ll enter a large, bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, coffee maker, electric kettle, etc.) and a living room (TV). This fully renovated 80 m² home is perfect for a relaxing getaway for couples, families, or friends. The ground-floor bedroom features a queen-size bed; there’s also a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a sink, and a washer-dryer, as well as a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with two single beds (which can be pushed together to form a 180-cm bed for a couple), a bathroom with a toilet, and a relaxation area on the landing. We can provide a travel cot, a small baby bathtub, and a wooden high chair for toddlers.<br>Towels and bedding are included. Heating is electric, supplemented by a wood pellet stove (included). Outside, there is a terrace with patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a barbecue. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. The nearby village has shops, a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher shop, a market every Saturday morning, as well as supermarkets nearby.
