Lack of space in bedrooms upstairs due to sloping roof. Found beds very uncomfortable and furniture / supplies all very basic. No instructions supplied, however lengthy list of things to do at check out.

Bonjour, vacances sportives (Triathlon de Gérardmer). Quartier calme à proximité de la Rayée, tout le confort et les équipements nécessaires pour les athlètes et leurs supporters dont un bébé, chien admis. Chalet suffisamment spacieux, terrasse, bbq-plancha, …P-e une suggestion pour le futur : une borne électrique de recharge pour V.E. Merci.

Die Unterkunft sieht schön aus ist aber sehr einfach gemacht (teilweise noch Rigipsplatten im Partyraum sichtbar, hellhörige Wände, sehr kleine Schlafzimmer, Betten teilweise ziemlich direkt unter den Dachschrägen). Das Airhockey hat nicht funktioniert und in einem Schlafzimmer konnte man nicht lüften (das Fenster konnte weder geöffnet noch gekippt werden). Uns wurde beim Check-in (samstags gegen 16 Uhr) gesagt, wir müssten noch Klopapier und Pellets für die Heizung besorgen. Der Sonntag und Montag waren jeweils Feiertage (Silvester). Das hat es gleich ungemütlich gemacht und uns auch ein bisschen geärgert. Ansonsten ist die Küche gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem, die Umgebung ist schön.

Bonjour Jessica, Chalet DIANA vous souhaite une bonne et heureuse année. nous sommes désolé pour les granulés et le papier toilette, il aurait fallu communiqué directement avec nous, on vous aurait dépanné. Pour le hairhockey , normalement il fonctionnait. et pour la fenêtre ce n'est pas normal car nous avions tout vérifier. CHALET DIANA sera ravi de vous accueillir pour une autre occasion.

Rustige woning met prachtig uitzicht

Het was een mooie woning! Netjes. Prachtig uitzicht van uit de jacuzzi. Rustig gelegen, ongeveer 30 min wandelen van het centrum van Gerardmer. Veel sportieve activiteiten in de omgeving. Het huis was heel goed uitgerust en de speelkamer werd heel goed gesmaakt door jong en oud.

Chalet bien situé et propre

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce chalet. Il était très propre et bien équipé! Les pistes sont accessibles à pied en 10 minutes ce qui est pratique. La cave aménagée en salle de jeux est très bien mais dommage qu’il n’y ait que des jeux pour adultes, un petit espace avec des jeux d’enfants aurait été un plus.

Le chalet est neuf, propre et dispose d’un jacuzzi ! A 10 min des pistes a pieds tout de même mais cela se fait très bien ! Parfait pour passer quelques jours à la montagne et profiter du domaine skiable.
