200m from the beach, beautiful 3-room mezzanine apartment with a capacity of 4 people and an area of approximately 37m² with a west-facing balcony with sea view. The apartment includes: a living room/lounge (with a TV flat screen and DVD player) opening onto a balcony with sea view and view of the Cabourg Thalasso, an American kitchen (a refrigerator, a combined oven/microwave, 4 ceramic hobs, a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee maker and a classic coffee maker), a bathroom with WC (an electric towel dryer, a walk-in shower and a washing machine); upstairs: a mezzanine bedroom (with a 140x190 bed) and a second bedroom (with 2 twin 90x190 beds). Internet access is available free of charge in the accommodation.
Parking is free in the residence.
Pets are not accepted in this rental.

Situation idéale avec accès à la plage facile (sans danger)et rapide avec des enfants. Logement conforme au descriptif, propre et bien équipé. Bémols : un escalier accès aux couchages dangereux pour des jeunes enfants et bruit de la ventilation mécanique.

appartement trés bien situé proche plage et commerce table pour manger a changer ,dans la chambre le bruit de la turbine sur le toit nous a vraiment dérangé. trés belle ville cabourg

Le plus proximité de la mer ..top

Très calme …repos assuré proche du centre par la plage idéal pour une cure de thalassothérapie juste en face Appartement très confortable et tout ce qu’il faut pour le séjour !!!!on reviendra !!!
