Warmest pool we have ever had, description of property is good. Some items were a little worn, main sofa saggy and well used. I would prefer to have a slightly bigger welcome pack, or an option to have t bags, coffee, milk etc in the villa ready. After a 15 hour travel we then had to go out to find essentials. The layout suited our family and near to lots of entertainment. It’s a quiet area with little noise from neighbours. If we came beck we would definitely book this villa again

Nice house, lovely pool

House was exactly as described and it was quite comfortable for our 4 night stay. Pool area was nice - we had dinner outside because it was so pleasant. Almost everything was perfectly functional- the toaster was a bit balky, but all else was more than adequate. Communication was A plus- with owner and property management. We hope to return.

Work from home travelers!

My husband and I both work from home. We live in NY and it was cold and snowy so we decided to visit family in Florida and chose this because of the location plus I wanted a screened in pool with hot tub. More than enough room for us. We added the heat for the pool. I was able to plug in outside and work by the pool most days. Otherwise I was in the dining room and my husband was in the kitchen. For the most part it was pretty clean - especially the inside. The BBQ needs to be updated - it worked though. But overall we had a great time! The management company was very good. We had some minor issues and they responded right away! Would stay again if we were going to that area again.

Property was very clean, plenty of room, air works great. The only issue was 2 of the rooms bed linen had spots so we washed the linen which solved the problem. We had a guest come visit but they were not allowed through the gate. They had to park somewhere and we had to go and get them in our vehicle. When renting the property, remember, no visitors can come on the property unless you bring them. I would recommend the property and would rent again.

Could not use the tv in the living room until the second afternoon, they brought a new remote so that’s not a problem anymore. Drawer front in bathroom kept falling off, game in the garage is broken some lights don’t work including the pool lights it was so dark I got in the hot tub and since I couldn’t see I stepped down on the bench next step there was nothing there and I am pretty sure I broke my toe.its a beautiful house just needs some serious maintenance .Be prepared there’s only 1 trash bag it’s the one in the can.there are plenty of towels, the beds are ok plenty of pillows and has the all the kitchen utensils and pans you could need it’s very nice just needs better maintenance.

Owner extremely nice and generous enough to allow early check in. However, the property was extremely far from everything. The home was very spacious for our family and we enjoyed the small game room within the house, but the community center was closed due to Covid.

Getaway

Our family really enjoyed this beautiful house. It was very maintained and the picture show exectly how the house was. The kids enjoyed the pool so much they didn't want to leave the house. Thanks for a enjoyable spring break.
