Gorgeous corner lot vacation home across from Community Park! This nicely furnished 5 bedrooms, 4 baths single family home is well located - just a few minutes from the Disney attractions and Universal Studios. Great living room/dining room combo with vaulted ceilings.

Enjoy a screened pool area for those warm Central Florida afternoons and enjoy the heated spa after a long day at the attractions. It faces the side of the neighbor’s house for added privacy. Lanai area offers shelter from the sun and is equipped with loungers, table and chairs and pool toys. Pool/spa heat is included in rental fee! A rarity in home rentals - most homes charge $35 per night or more for this feature.

Guests cook their own meals in a very well supplied kitchen – coffee makers (traditional and Keurig available - guest provides pods), electric mixers, plenty of pots/pans/dishes, air fryer and crock pot (food and all other cooking needs are guests responsibility).

All linens and towels are provided. Guest should plan on providing personal toiletries and daily sundries such as soap, toilet paper, paper towels and detergent.

Separate laundry area with washer/dryer. Double garage furnished as game room with pool table and foosball table.

Free wi-fi, phone service to United States and Canada and cable tvs provided. Most rooms have smart tvs and living room has 65" large screen tv.

Child friendly - children games and toys, strollers, high chair, booster seats and three pack and plays provided.

Beautiful 5 Bedroom home, newly decorated, this beauty includes 2 master bedrooms, with lots of room for 1, 2, or 3 families to share just five minutes from Disney!

A lovely house close to Disney

This is a wonderful house with everything that you could want. It was really clean & very homely, ideal for my family age range 2 to 74. The contact from Lori was superb, nothing was too much trouble and we all had a wonderful time. Hoping that next time we go to the US, we will be able to stay here again…

Perfect for families

If you're doing some theme park days, this is the perfect spot. We had 2 families staying together and everyone had enough space. The kids were able to hang out in the play/room garage and the parents enjoyed the hot tub. No more than 15-20 minutes from the Disney parks and close to a bunch of amenities. We'll likely stay here again the future when we come back to Orlando.

This is the perfect place for a large family or multiple families. Great location for universal, or disney. We had 4 adults, 2 teenagers, and 5 kids and were very comfortable with plenty of room. The kids enjoyed the game room and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. The owner is very nice and always responds promptly. Would definitely rent again. I would highly recommend this house.

Very close to Disneyworld and great home

Beautiful home, well laid out and lots of room for 6 adults did not even use two bedrooms. We loved the large great room and never felt crowded. Was able to get to Disney property in less than 15 minutes, great for early mornings. Pool area was great and we paid for the heat in spa, nice to relax in after a day at the parks, just heat it up a half hour before you get in and enjoy. Minor inconveniences listed below- but in no way deter from our stay. Check in delayed due to cleaners not getting out by 4pm, so after long day on road not what we enjoyed waited 20 minutes across the street. No bake pans in kitchen so have to place food on oven rack. Oven slow to heat due to being lined with foil which restricts air flow circulation. And if you are afraid of lizards we saw two in the kitchen.. We kept all the doors and windows closed at all times. So the gap under the front door is the only way I think they got in. Again for us no issue what so ever, but I know some people might have a big phobia, it is Florida these little guys are everywhere outside. This place was great for our family trip. Recommended it to a friend already. Would not hesitate to rent again. Manager was very communicative and always responded to us quickly.

Hi Tom and Kathy, Thanks again for staying at my home - I appreciate your nice review and feedback. First of all I do apologize for any wait in checking in - any delay is not acceptable but I am sure the management company wanted everything to be perfect for your stay and unfortunately this time it took a little longer than normal. I am also sorry to hear you did not have enough baking pans - if I had known I would have addressed this immediately and would have provided them as soon as possible. Since the home is very well-stocked with kitchen equipment I was surprised to learn you didn’t have a proper pan. Also never had any comment on the lizards entering the house so this is unusual; as you mention it is Florida so unfortunately it does happen from time to time. I’m glad you had a good trip and hope if you are staying in the Orlando area again to have you return as my guests!

Great villa, great location, great host!

We chose this villa as we thought it suited our needs perfectly and we weren't mistaken. It had everything we needed, was in a great location and the host couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was so new and 'perfect' that we were afraid to use it, but everything that was there worked perfectly. The carpets throughout the lounge and bedrooms was so nice and deep, the beds were comfy and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed for doing our own cooking. Location-wise, it was far enough away from the busy roads to be peaceful, but close enough to anything end everything in the area that you never had to travel very far to get to anything - whether it be restaurants, shops or any of the parks. Overall we were very happy with the villa and would happily recommend it to anyone!

Lovely spacious, clean home.

A delightful house with plenty of room for our group of 6 seniors. We stayed here instead of WDW and used Lyft for transportation. Only about 10-15 minutes to each of the parks. Great location, beautiful home, plenty of bathrooms & bedrooms and excellent communication with the owner. This place is a gem.

Great house! Excellent location near Disney parks!

This was a lovely, relaxing vacation over Christmas. The hot tub was hot and the pool was warm! Perfect for swimming in moderate winter temperatures! Lots of space to spread out inside and a city park directly across the street. Driving to Disney parks was the same as driving from Disney property. Lori checked in with us to make sure we weren’t lacking anything and to wish us a wonderful holiday.

The property was nice and had everything I needed when I stay the private jacuzzi & pool really did the job. I love that it was all flat level and very spacious wish I could own this unit lol. Mom and papa thought of everything you need from floats to game boards to dishes and the 2 master suites (sweet) . This will definitely be the 1st spot I contact every time I come to Florida. the area is great - close to attractions etc but not right on top of them. the villa is great the neighbours are very friendly. highly recommend. place is not brand new but means that not frightened about kiddies or whoever touching things (as would be in new villa ) really was a home from home.

Great house with nice furniture, new appliances, spacious patio, etc. A party of 9 girls for a long weekend away really enjoyed staying here. So close to everything i.e., shopping , restaurants, Walmart and of course Disney World. The two big tables really came in handy when we were playing cards each night. We were amazed by the cleanliness of the whole house. Would definitely recommend this house for your vacation stay.

Beautiful house!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful and spacious with everything we needed to make us feel at home. The George Forman grill came in handy to make dinner quickly after visiting the different parks/shopping. We had 5 adults and 3 children with room to spare. It was worth the extra money to have the pool/spa heated because it was cool and windy part of the week. There were TVs in every room so everyone could watch what they wanted thankfully because my brother-in-law watched football every chance he got. The kids enjoyed playing in the game room and the playground across from the house. The house is near Disney World which is great we spent three days going to the parks the only down fall is having to pay for parking. We also enjoyed Sea World and the all day dine is worth the money for families it saved us so much money. Lori is very responsive and answered all of my questions. She also emailed to make sure we were enjoying the house/our stay! The next time we visit Florida we look forward to staying here again!!! I would definitely recommend staying here!

This home was so nice an big. My family of 8 stayed at this home an we still had room. It was so closed to Disney an other stores. The new owner is great an so nice. We can't wait to go back in a few years.
