Courtyard, 6 m² private terrace Access to the gite, independent by outside stairs and access to the property in common with the other gite. 300 m from the very beautiful beach of Trestel, which is indeed a little unspoiled paradise of fine sand which is a delight for swimmers but also water sports enthusiasts. Come spend your holidays in this large house with a cottage for 7 people and a studio for 2 people with private entrance and a beautiful sea view, for each. Located on the D 38 in the heart of Trégor, opposite the Seven Islands reserve, 14 km from Lannion and 13 km from Perros-Guirec (seaside resort on the Pink Granite Coast). During your hikes (hiking trails nearby) you will discover magnificent landscapes at all hours of the day. Breathtaking sea view landscapes!
