A 5-minute walk from the SPA MARIN (Forum de la mer) and the Renote Peninsula and 100m from the town center, this cosy and comfortable Studio-apartment offers a breathtaking view of the „Baie Ste Anne“ whose scenery is constantly changing - depending on the state of the tides and the season.

Comprising: entrance - a bedroom (with sea view) with 2 single beds pushed together - a bathroom (bath/shower, vanity unit and bathroom cabinet, towel dryer radiator & WC) - a fitted-kitchen with an induction hob, oven, refrigerator + small freezer & microwave - a living/dining room with sea view - a large sunny terrace which invites you to have breakfast or to eat a plate of seafood.

This nice and comfortable apartment of 40m2 with a sunny terrace of 13m2 will seduce you with its SUPERB PANORAMIC SEA VIEW of „Baie Ste Anne“ and its EXCELLENT LOCATION – within a few minutes walk (100m) to the shops and restaurants, beautiful sandy beaches with its pink granite, (200m) to the „FORUM DE LA MER“, warm seawater swimmingpool and to the numerous hiking trails. The residence is located on the coastal path (GR 34) which will make you discover the magical setting of TREGASTEL.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Trégastel sehr genossen. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir wurden auch sehr herzlich empfangen. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell und fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Blick auf die Bucht von Trégastel ist traumhaft.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral aber auch ruhig. Strand, Restaurants, Supermarkt, Geschäfte, Apotheke sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und auch praktisch eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin spricht hervorragend Deutsch und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Berücksichtigen muss man allerdings, dass man das Meer erst ab mittlerer Flut von der Wohnung aus sehen kann. So oder so ist die Aussicht super. Tregastel war für uns der schönste Ort an der Cote Granit Rose. Ganz klar eine 5 Sterne Unterkunft.

Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum von Trégstel und Supermarkt und Bäckerei sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ein wunderbarer Blick auf die Bucht. Die Felsenküste ist in einem 10 minütigem Fußweg zu erreichen. Ein kleines Manko: die Wohnung verfügt über kein w-lan und liegt im 3. Stock ohne Aufzug.

Vom Apartment blickt man direkt auf eine Bucht der wunderschönen Cote Granit Rose. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und hat uns viele Informationen über den Ort und die Umgebung gegeben.

Cet agréable et grand Studio de 40m2 fait effectivment le bonheur de nombreux vacanciers qui souhaitent visiter la Côte de Granit Rose. Richement meublé par un Ameublier et équipé d'appareils électroménagers de qualité, il vous permettra de passer d'excellentes vacances à Trégastel. Sa terrasse ensoleillée (13m2) avec vue panoramique sur la Baie Ste Anne vous invite à prendre votre petit-déjeuner ou à déguster un plateau de fruits de mer. La Vie en rose! Au plaisir de vous accueillir lors d'un futur séjour à Trégastel!

Apartment zum Wohlfühlen mit großartigem Ausblick auf die Baie de Sainte-Anne

Ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit in dem gemütlichen Apartment in Toplage von Trégastel. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Highlight ist der große Balkon mit der herrlichen Aussicht. Es gibt viele schöne Strände in der Nähe und die atemberaubende Côte de Granit Rose lässt sich auf dem Zöllnerpfad bestens erkunden. Die nette, sympathische Gastgeberin spricht hervorragend deutsch und hat sich viel Zeit für hilfreiche Informationen zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugszielen genommen. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, gerne wieder.

Top Lage, charmante Wohnung, bezaubernde Gastgeberin

Wir waren begeistert von der Lage und der Aussicht auf die Baie de St. Anne. Verschiedene Strände sowie alle Geschäfte im Ort sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber sehr funktional. Die Einrichtung ist charmant, die Betten sind gut und bequem. Es war total ruhig. Die Wohnung hat eine große Terrasse. Das Kochen war gut möglich, wenn auch die Ausstattung etwas zusammengesucht wirkt. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst nett und sympathisch, spricht hervorragend deutsch und hat alles sehr korrekt abgewickelt. Es gibt einen Parkplatz. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

L’appartement est situé devant la Baie Sainte-Anne, ce qui nous a permis de suivre les mouvements de la marée. Appartement très propre. Très grand lit particulièrement confortable. Christiane nous a présenté de façon sympathique et complète l’appartement, le village de Trégastel Et ses environs. En bref : nous reviendrons certainement !

Calme et bien situé

La location est toute proche du centre ville avec de nombreux commerces et restaurants ce qui permet de faire ses courses sans être obligé de prendre sa voiture. La location est très bien équipée au niveau de la batterie de cuisine. La terrasse permet de profiter de la vue sur la baie au calme. Tout dans l'appartement est d'une propreté irréprochable ! La proprietaire nous a fait un accueil très attentionné et est très à l'écoute.

Correct et bien situé dans une région magnifique.

Location bien située mais au troisième étage sans ascenseur : préparez votre souffle. Le mobilier du salon et de la salle de bain auraient besoin d'être modernisés ainsi que le téléviseur (écran de petite taille) et pas de wifi. Cuisine équipée ancienne mais rien ne manque. Le sol est recouvert de moquette, ce qui ne donne pas une sensation de fraicheur ( allergiques s'abstenir) Il est clair que sans la jolie vue sur la baie St Anne depuis la terrasse cette location aurait beaucoup moins d'attrait.
