A recently renovated house from the 1960s, located at the entrance to city centre, near the hospital.
A 15-minute drive from the beaches.
Ideally located for exploring southern Finistère.

Features 5 bedrooms (duvets, pillows, and mattress protectors provided), 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a small sofa area.
Outside, there is a garden with a small terrace where you can enjoy the sun and the peace and quiet in the evening.

Sheets available for rent:
- Sheets: 10 euros per person.
- Towels: 10 euros per person.
- Sheets + towels: 15 euros per person.

Cleaning fee: 70 euros if you do not wish to clean the property yourself (please specify upon arrival).

Excellent home for a family stay! The host is very helpful and made the check-in and check-out processes very easy. Be sure to ask about any linen or cleaning fees, as I did not see them discussed in the property’s English description.

Diskrete Unterkunft in der Stadt.

Sympatische Vermieterin hat uns empfangen und gute Bedingungen vorbereitet. Wir waren mit dem großen und sauberen Haus gut untergebracht. Wir hatten gute Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Ruhe gehabt. Quimper hat sehr schöne Altstadt. In der Nähe befinden sich viele verschiedene Strände und schöne Natur. Es gibt viele Ausflugmöglichkeiten in der Gegend. Vielen Dank!

Pb lors de notre arrivée, forte odeur dans la maison, avons dû acheté de quoi nettoyer et désodoriser la maison - pb avec une porte qui était cassé - pas d'accueil des propriétaires (porte ouverte et clé sur la table) - Le BBQ était très détérioré - peu de vaisselle à disposition - nous en avons acheté - il manque une cocotte pour cuisiner. Nous avions pris les draps et tous les lits n'étaient pas fait... Heureusement que le secteur était correct et que c'est une belle région.

Bonjour, je suis navrée que vous n’ayez pas passé un bon séjour dans notre maison et je trouve dommage de faire la liste des problèmes en appréciation. Pour répondre à vos remarques : - L’odeur venait des précédents vacanciers. J’ai fait l’erreur de ne pas ouvrir les fenêtres. - Concernant la serrure que vous avez cassée suite à un courant d’air nous sommes intervenus dès le lendemain pour apporter une solution. - Malheureusement nous ne pouvons pas attendre les vacanciers selon leurs heures d’arrivée. Mais nous faisons notre possible pour facilité l’accès à la maison. - Concernant la vaisselle vous auriez pu nous en faire part, nous serions venus vous apporter ce dont vous aviez besoin. - Et enfin pour les draps, la réservation était pour 4 pers (1 couple et 2 enfants). 2 grands lits et 1 petit était prêt. Il était inutile de préparer les 5 lits de la maison (soit 8 places, 3 doubles et 2 simples). Nous vous avons tout de même apporté un jeu de draps (grand lit) dès le lendemain à votre demande (soit un total de 7 places). Nous essayons de rendre le séjour de nos vacanciers le plus agréable possible et prenons en considération les remarques. Bonne continuation Bien cordialement Marion

La maison correspond tout à fait à mes attentes . L'arrivée et le départ se sont fait en toute simplicité ce qui est très appréciable. Je recommande cette location !

großes Haus in ruhiger Wohngegend am Stadtrand

Das Haus hat 5 geräumige Schlafzimmer für 5 Personen, es sei denn man schläft zu zweit in einem 1,40 m Bett, davon gibt es insgesamt drei Stück. Einen separaten Wohn-/Essraum gibt es nicht. Optimal für Familie mit Kindern oder 5 Erwachsene. Es gibt einen großen Garten und einen Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Das Haus liegt außerhalb am Stadtrand, direkt vor der Tür ist aber eine Bushaltestelle, mit dem Auto sind es ca. 10 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum, zum nächsten großen Supermarkt gerade mal 3 Minuten. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lediglich die Küchenausrüstung ist eher dürftig, Kochen für vier Personen war eine Herausforderung. Wir mussten einen großen Kochtopf kaufen, um Nudeln zu kochen (wir haben ihn dann dort gelassen). Hier muss dringend nachgebessert werden, große Töpfe, Sieb/Durchschlag, scharfe Messer, Schneidebretter und vollständiges Geschirr würden hier schon einen großen Unterschied machen. Alles andere war absolut in Ordnung und dem Preis angemessen. Daher von mir fast die volle Punktzahl!
