A luxury villa with no facing buildings, consisting of 5 bedrooms. The dining area is luminous thanks to the large bay windows, equipped kitchen. 3 bedrooms; 1 master suite (2x80cm or160cm) with shower, 1 double bed 180cm, 1 master suite with bathtub (2x90cm or180cm), 1 bathroom and 3 independent toilets. On the first floor, 1 master suite (160cm) with shower/bath and WC, 1 double bedroom (160cm) and an office area with a convertible sofa (140cm) and 1 bathroom, separate WC. Lots of storage space and a large dressing room. Very nice terrace with garden furniture overlooking the forest. The garden, planted with trees and enclosed, allows you to park several vehicles. Located in the heart of the pine forest in the calm of the Atlantic Green residential estate. The residence is private and secured by an access code. Reach the beaches, shops, restaurants and ice-cream parlours at 3km, the golf course at 1km or the lake at 3km - (REF 05028) ANCV holiday vouchers accepted. BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED.
