Cosy holiday home for the whole family, swimming fun included

Spacious and cozy holiday home in Catalan country-style (about 100 square meters) on large plot with large swimming pool and towards the latter open portico in a good location the urbanization Masos d'en Blade (near Miami Playa) - 5 minute walk to the beach.

Equipment

This holiday house Mediterranean flair has a large living / dining area with open fireplace and direct access to the terraces. While the larger of the two is dominated by an ancient olive tree under which can be gorgeous and have breakfast in the shade - the other is covered and invites for midday siesta in a cool red! The third terrace is located on the garage roof, with uninterrupted views of the nearby mountains: the ultimate place for sun worshipers!
Inside the house, the open fireplace dominates the spacious living / dining area. To this way opens the spacious fitted kitchen with the usual case-small electrical appliances. A hood complements the equipment, which is also dimensioned very abundant with glass, porcelain, cutlery and many cooking utensils.
The relaxation area consists of two bedrooms - the one or with separable double bed and tub Shower room en suite plus toilet; the other with double and optional third single bed, for example, for another child or teenager, belonging to the parents - as well as separate shower and toilet. Another guest is located in the entrance hall, from which the integrated into the house, but lockable garage is accessible. There, the washing machine as well as the natural gas-powered hot water spa is (Vaillant). House and garage are incidentally Non smoking zone!
In a Caseta (house) there is a second refrigerator is (with freezer), that the well-tempered drinks not go out! Here are also bicycles along with helmets for adults and children, as well as beach toys. Also patio chairs with cushions are deposited here, and an additional small grill - the larger is in the open hall. There you will find (behind the right door) and more patio furniture and umbrellas - and another sport bike.
A spacious terrace and a secluded outdoor shower complete the pool area with swimming pool (5x10m) and two sided circular bushes. And behind the hall invites a large lawn with randseitigem bush and tree plantings to badminton or lawn Polo a (sports equipment to the garage!). - The house has satellite TV + BlueRay player, has an extensive library and a similar collection of toys and board games u. Card.

Fabulous villa! Very conveniently situated with a lovely large pool!

We enjoyed a two week stay in this fabulous villa. The location is great. We had a hire car and were able to drive to many lovely beaches. If you didn't have a car the nearest beach is within walking distance and wasn't as busy as some of those further up the coast. There were many good supermarkets within a 10 minute drive. We also visited Port Adventura, which was only 20 minutes away. The airport (Reus) is only about half an hour away. Cambrils was also close with many shops, restaurants and most importantly a wonderful ice cream shop that was definitely appreciated by our family! The villa itself was perfect for our needs and was as we expected from the description. The children enjoyed the toys and jigsaws, especially the duplo as neither had played with this since they were much younger! The outside space is lovely with comfortable chairs and sun loungers and good shaded areas for eating and relaxing. The pool was great, larger than many villas at 10m x5m and deep enough for hours of fun for our 9 and 6 year old's who like to dive in and retrieve toys from the bottom! Although other villas are quite close there is dense shrubbery ensuring complete privacy. The garden was large and we definitely made good use of the barbecue during our stay. Communication with the owners was good. Hanna and Ekkehard were very efficient ensuring contracts and payments etc. were all professionally managed. Fortunately for us Hanna, Ekkehard and their property manager, Mr Vath, all spoke English (much more proficiently than my efforts at German!). We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday and would definitely like to return in the future. I saw what looked like a lovely hike to a waterfall and pool in the mountains nearby but this was too far for my 6 year old this year...maybe in a few years time when she's a little bigger!?! Thank you Hanna, Ekkehard and Mr Vath for a lovely holiday experience from booking to check out!

Positiv erwähnen muss man den Pool und den Garten. Die Gerätschaften im Haus und im Garten waren ausreichend vorhanden. Da Haus ist großzügig geschnitten und ausgestattet.Betten durch fehlende Lattenroste , werden durch Bretter ersetzt, sind leider unbequem.Die Schlafräume liegen dazu zur Straße, wo auch nachts gerne gerast wird, was das Schlafen bei offenen Fenster erschwert, dadurch sehr warm im Zimmer. Ventilatoren vorhanden, wer es mag ist es ok. Dazu eskalierende Hunde , die für zusätzlichen Lärm sorgten. Man könnte das durchaus mit erwähnen. Leider hatten wir auch noch tw. extremen Baulärm auf dem Nachbar Grundstück für insgesamt 8 Tage, von dem niemand etwas wusste. Schade, dadurch wurde der Gesamteindruck beschädigt. Der Verwalter war sehr bemüht und sehr freundlich. Die Entfernung zum Strand war zu Fuß machbar, der Abschnitt hatte aber sehr viele Kiesel, Steine am Ufer. Wir würden da Haus nicht wieder buchen.

Sehr empfehlenswert, super Lage, hervorragende Betreuung

Das Haus ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, aber die liebevolle Hand der Eigentümer ist allgegenwärtig. Das Grundstück ist weitläufig, der Pool ist wirklich der Hammer, groß, mit eigener Terasse und Außendusche (die Liegen müssten mal wieder erneuert werden, aber war für uns okay), der Garten ist vielfältig bepflanzt und für Schattenplätze stehen entweder Schirme oder Pflanzen zur Verfügung. Innen ist alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt: Das notdürftigste (Filtertüten, Geschrirspülmittel, Waschmitel, Öl, Essig, Gewürze, etc .) ist schon vorhanden, muss halt dann nach Gebrauch wieder aufgefüllt werden, herzlichen Dank dafür. Auch herzlichen an Familie Väth, die uns super pünktlich empfangen hat und immer ein offenes Ohr für uns gehabt hätte, aber auf jeden Fall immer bereit für einen kurzen Klönschnack. Wir waren zufrieden und haben einen entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Herzlichen Dank an Familie Schmidt

Schöne Unterkunft

Das Haus und die Außenanlage mit pool ist sehr schön. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche hat eine Gute Ausstattung. Der Strand kann zu Fuß in einigen Minuten erreicht werden. In der näheren Umgebung sind ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Wunderbarer URLAUB

Schöner Spanienurlaub

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Mückennetze an den Fenstern, Sonnenschirme, Liegen,Spielzeug für Kinder für innen und außen, zweiter Kühlschrank usw. Viele Schattenplätze auf einem tollen Grundstück. Der super tolle,große und warme Pool wurde von unseren Kindern geliebt. Es ist zwar innen alles nicht mehr neu aber trotzdem kann man sich wohlfühlen.Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Vermieter und zum Verwalter. Immer hilfsbereit auch nach Abreise;-) Die Lage haben wir als sehr gut empfunden. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht weit entfernt, Strand fußläufig erreichbar und trotzdem ruhig in nettem Umfeld. 2 Standventilatoren waren vorhanden und wurden auch zeitweise wirklich benötigt. Schöne Zeit in einem schönen Haus mit viel Platz. Vielen Dank.

Urlaub im Ferienhaus in Katalonien.

Das Ferienhaus und der Garten sind sehr großzügig angelegt. Es ist alles vorhanden,was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht(Küchenaustattung - Gartenmöbel und Liegen. Hervorragende Betten und ein wunderbarer Pool! Es ist alles so gewesen, wie im Inserat angegeben. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen.

Excellente maison et bien située

Maison magnifique pour 4 personnes. Superbe piscine. Beau jardin. Plage à 8 minutes à pieds chrono en main. 2 chb avec sdb chacune. Commerces proches en voiture. Coin calme. Je recommande vivement. Point négatif qui finalement s'avère un point positif : la TV est en allemand du coup déconnexion totale et avons fait des jeux de sociétés. Le seul vrai point négatif qui peut manquer mais on a bien fait sans c'est le micro onde et aussi le wifi gratuit . .. Pour finir, toute la famille a passé un excellent moment inoubliable. Merci aux propriétaires et à leur voisin....

Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause

Vierzehn Tage durften wir in diesem tollen Haus verbringen. Von Tag zu Tag fühlten wir uns wohler und genossen ( 2 Erw. und 1 Kind) in vollen Zügen den badewannenwarmen Pool. Die Anlage ist unserer Meinung nach , noch schöner als auf den Fotos ansonsten entspricht es ganz und gar der Beschreibung. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern und dem Verwalterehepaar war jederzeit freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir fühlten uns rundherum wohl.

Sehr schönes Haus mit großem Garten und sehr großem Pool. Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Hier fehlt es an nichts. Sehr netter Kontakt. Ferienparadies an der Costa Dorada

Dieses Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Selbst Spielsachen für die Kinder sind vorhanden. Der traumhafte Garten mit großzügigem Pool und Sonnenterrassen ermöglichen einen erholsamen Urlaub. Zum Strand kann man ca. 500 m zu Fuß laufen. Super für eine Familie mit Kinder geeignet, da viel Platz vorhanden ist. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist sehr freundlich!

Wunderschöner Urlaub mit einem tollen Pool

Das Haus hat alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Hervorzuheben ist der Pool mit ca. 50m² dem überdachten Pool Haus mit Liegen und der viele Schatten durch Palmen und Olivenbäume. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass das Grundstück rundherum Hecken besitz und man dadurch absolut für sich ist. Wer Ruhe braucht ist hier genau richtig. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß nur ca. 5 Minuten. Wir können dieses Haus jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

Tolles Haus mit wunderschönem Garten

Wir (zwei Erwachsene und ein elfjähriges Kind) haben uns in diesem tollen Haus mit dem wunderschönen Garten und einem großen Pool sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Buchung mit den Eigentümern verlief reibungslos und sehr angenehm, das Verwalterehepaar vor Ort ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Garten ist geflegt, der Pool sehr sauber und im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigen könnte. W-Lan kann man auf Wunsch dazu buchen. Kurzum, wir können das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen...!!

superbe propriété, vacances très agréables.

Très bon séjour à 4 (deux couples d’amis) : idéal pour des vacances calmes. La première épicerie dépôt de pain est à 700 mètres, sur la plage. La maison et la piscine sont exactement comme sur l’annonce. Le jardin est très grand et agréable, avec oliviers et palmiers : superbe. Une belle propriété avec beaucoup d’espace. Voisinage de la villa calme. La maison contient tout ce qu’il faut: bon équipement dans la cuisine, salles de bain correctes. La maison était très propre à notre arrivée. Cette année de fortes chaleurs, la climatisation dans les chambres aurait été bienvenue ! Car il faut laisser les fenêtres ouvertes et elles donnent sur l’avenue qui est passagère. L’internet WIFI serait un plus. malgré les deux remarques, je note 5 étoiles, car cette villa est très agréable. Nous envisageons de revenir l’année prochaine, car nous avons passé vraiment de très agréables vacances.

Ruhe - wunderschöne Aussenanlage - Entspannung

Das Haus mit dem großen Pool entsprach genau den Angaben und die Aussenanlage war noch schöner als gedacht. Überall war die Möglichkeit im Naturschatten zu liegen. Die Inneneinrichtung entspricht dem spanischen Stil, und könnte an der einen oder anderen Stelle modernisiert werden. Zum Strand und den dort gelegenen Bars/ Restaurantes waren es nur 7min Fußweg, der auch für Kinder mal allein zurückzulegen war. Zwei der drei haben wir getestset und sind dann doch am heimischen (ersten) Stammgast geworden! Leider gibt es am Stand keinerlei Aktionen, Jetski, Bananaboot, Sonnenschirm oder Stuhl Verleih o.ä. aber man konnte immer in der ersten Reihe liegen und sehr Strandnah parken, kostenlos! Der Stand war super sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Die Stadt Miami ist zum Lebensmitteleinkaufen perfekt, zum bummeln nicht so. Cambrills ist hingegen sehr einladend, mit nettem Yachthafen, vielen Restaurantes, schönen Geschäften und unterschiedlichen Möglichkeiten den Abend ausklingen zu lassen, sehr zu empfehlen!!! Für unsere Teeny Kinder (11+14J) war es etwas zu öde! W-Lan wäre nett!!!

Wunderschönes Feriendomizil

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen, entspannten Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus, alles hat gepasst, man hat hier an die kleinsten Details für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt gedacht, die Küche bittet von A bis Z all die Küchenutensilien ,es fehlt an nichts! Die Zimmer sind geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Der Garten ist sehr geschmackvoll angelegt, der Pool sehr gut gelegen und sauber! Insgesamt ist alles, innen und aussen, sehr gepflegt und lädt zu mehr Urlaub ein! Wir kommen nächstes Jahr sehr gerne wieder!

Einfach zauberhaft

Dieses Feriendomizil mit Wohlfühlcharakter hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Von A wie Alufolie bis Z wie Zitruspresse ist alles mögliche vorhanden. Die im landestypischen Stil eingerichteten Zimmer waren absolut sauber. Viele kleine Details wie Wäscheständer, Sonnenschirme, Strandmatten, Federballspiel, Bücher u.v.m. Plus: Vor Ort sehr nettes deutschsprachiges Haus-/+Poolmeisterpaar, welches auch in Sachen Ausflüge sehr hilfsbereit ist. Für unsere Kinder war natürlich der große Pool, welcher inmitten des traumhaft schön eingewachsenen Grundstückes liegt, ein Highlight. Fazit: Wunderbares Domizil - wir kommen gerne wieder.
