General Cleaning Standards for 47 Cooke Street

We strive to give our Martha’s Vineyard guests the ultimate luxury rental experience we have implemented protocols to ensure that our property meets the highest hygiene requirements to ensure the comfort and safety of our visitors. Our property is professionally cleaned before each turnover by a cleaning company that has worked with us for many years. They are familiar with our home and protocols. Our rigorous cleaning and disinfection practices give special attention to all high touch surfaces such as light switches, railings, doorknobs, handles, remote controls, faucets, thermostats and touch screens, etc. All linens (bed sheets, towels, and blankets etc) are washed and dried at the highest heat setting recommended by the manufacturer. Disinfectants, detergents, hand soap, hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies are available onsite.
