About this property

The main house has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Main house sleeps six. There is a full/queen bedroom on the first floor next to a hall bathroom. On the second floor, there is a spacious master bedroom with its own bathroom. Also on the second floor is a two twin bedroom next to a hall bathroom.

The loft area above the garages sleeps an additional four. The loft has 2 bedrooms (one king and two twins). There is a small sink upstairs on second level with a half bathroom downstairs on first level (in garage area). The home also has an outdoor shower.

There is a u-shaped driveway in front with lovely gardens and abundant sun in the afternoons. Backyard has deck with gas grill and charcoal grill. Also an outdoor dining table and chairs with a large umbrella. The back deck gets sun in the morning.

Great Spot!

The property was just as advertised: clean, large, well-appointed, great location. Bart was vey accommodating as well. Wonderful spot that I’d definitely recommend.

MV our happy place

Overall everything was wonderful. Walk to town was as described by the owner (close and easy to find). Nicely stocked kitchen, sheets and linens were provided as well as many extras not expected. I would return next year and recommend this place to others. Thank you again for a wonderful use of your beautiful home

No Bathroom in Garage Loft

Good location in a lovely quiet neighborhood. House needs minor maintenance throughout. Be aware that the garage bathroom is not in the loft with the bedrooms as listed. It’s down a winding stairs in the garage. Maybe okay for kids/teens, but not safe for adults getting up in the night.

Lovely circular drive in front with well kept gardens. Sleeps up to 10 people. Large family room with rustic country dining area. Beautiful spacious master bedroom and bath was added to home. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a new dishwasher. Easy access to nice outdoor deck dining and entertaining. Convenient outdoor shower for use after beach going.
