The place was clean and properly outfitted with everything needed to stay. Jimmy responded to my messages promptly and pleasantly. Will recommend this location 100%.
The accommodations were cute, and perfect for a short stay for two. We were able to access the area quickly and easily. We couldn't have asked for more.
We found it was small but very clean. Could use a TV in bedroom as not much room to set in living room. Had everything we needed and yes we would book again.
Perfect place for two. We attended a wedding in the city and the location was easy for us to access the city. Jimmy is a great host and attended to any needs we had.
Really well put together, everything was organized. The only thing I would care to mention is that the internet was really slow, but ignoring that it’s a nice place to stay.
Jimmy was an excellent host. Check in was so easy with keypad and code. Everything was exactly as described and the parking was great.
We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.
The air conditioning in the bedroom was much appreciated and needed. The main living area was a bit warm without ac or a fan but manageable.
Great location and easy to get to things
The apartment was a perfect size for 2, wasn't lacking in anything. It was in a very handy location, easy access to downtown, to get out of the city, and close togrocery and convenience stores. Jimmy was alwas very quick to respond and communicated everything very clearly. Super great stay, thanks so much!
We really enjoyed our stay. The check in process was very streamlined. Communication was great. Place was comfortable for the two of us. The only confusion, which might have been my fault was the location. I was a great neighbourhood but a little outside of the downtown core. We did find a bus route and found it easy to get to the harbour. I would recommend this place wholeheartedly
Well appointed lodging. Exactly as described. Jimmy was easy to reach. Easy key pad check in. Great having a kitchen for morning coffee. We did not realize we would be on the top floor, would have preferred the main floor unit. Overall great value for the price! We would rent again.

Halifax Ghetto
We didn’t feel safe in the neighborhood and we didn’t appreciate the trash on the property. The fruit flies were abundant in the apartment.
Great Base to Visit the City and Surrounding Areas
Great second-storey apartment with its own exterior access. In a great spot, with a bus stop one street over servicing several routes that'll take you right downtown in 20-30 minutes, as well as being just a few blocks from the highway making it easy to drive to. For those bussing, there is a Shoppers Drugmart juat a few block away where you can purchase tickets. A grocery store and liquor store are also in visable distance

Thanks for the feedback . I do disagree with your summations .
Average night time temperature in Halifax during this period was a mere 16 C ( 60 F) while day time was 25 C (77 F). A fan was provided in the apartment .
The building is in a highly safe area and windows have wire net and blinds for privacy. Hence I fail to understand the concerns regarding safety. Particularly when we hosted close to 20 guests (from other online platforms) this .July/August and received 5 star reviews.
The unit had no AC and this was clarified to the guest long before check-in .
A portable AC has been installed now for the comfort of our guests.
This apartment rental is as essential as it comes for my stay if you're looking at staying in Halifax on a budget and as an alternative to a hotel. It is, as the description says, compact and cozy.Everything was nicely laid out and tidy upon arrival, Jimmy was able to get me setup ahead of time for my access code when I got into town. The bed was super comfy, once I found the right spot, I slept like a baby. The shower had shampoo/conditioner and body wash ready to use if needed. There was also some coffee and a few K-cups available as well. The smart TV and kitchen I didn't use as much as I was out and about for the duration of my stay, but it was there if I needed it. There's isn't a kitchen table, but there is a coffee table that can be used if you're eating in or doing meal preps. The location is in a prime spot in the Fairview area of Halifax, with closeby shopping, restaurants and gas around Dutch Village Rd/Joseph Howe Drive. There was construction around the area so it was a bit tricky to get to the apartment,.but otherwise it's right in the middle of the area where it's easy to get to.Slight improvements that can be made to the facility is the toilet paper holder rod was a bit loose, so was one of the heater panel shields by the toilet. Parts of the towel shelves, the walls and the shower could use some touch ups, but other than than, nothing too major needed for upgrading.I will definitely book this spot again on my next trip to Halifax. Thanks Jimmy!
Everything was fine although it was perhaps a little smaller than we expected; no problem for a short stay however and the location was good. We could have used more kitchen pots and pans and were surprised that we were only supposed to do minimal cooking. The bathroom is a little dated.
