You will find a warm and colourful living room with flat screen TV and library, a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine....
The night part consists of three bedrooms, a shower room and an independent toilet.
The first bedroom with its 140cm bed opens onto the terrace. The second bedroom has 2 beds (90cm) and a cupboard, the third bedroom has 1 bed (140cm) and a cupboard.
You will be able to have lunch on a pleasant terrace equipped with an electric awning, garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue.
PARKING ON THE GROUND - TERRACE FURNITURE - BARBECUE - SMALL PETS ONLY ALLOWED
To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39.90 € per week within the limits of available stock
