Merci pour votre appréciation, concernant le nombre de couchages la maison est donnée pour 8/9 personnes, dans la chambre enfants il y a un troisième matelas de 90 disponible soit un total de 9 couchages. Pour ce qui est du débit d'eau de la douche et des autres équipements cela vient du réseau de la Palmyre et je peux malheureusement rien y faire !

Ein wunderbarer Ort um sich zu erholen

Wir haben nun schon zu zweiten Mal in diesem wunderschönen, hellen Haus unseren Urlaub verbracht und uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt! Durch die großzügige Wohnraumgestaltung ist alles sehr schön hell und freundlich! Auch der Außenbereich ist wirklich groß und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Mit dem Barbecue-Grill, lässt sich auch wunderbar draußen grillen. Wir waren dieses Jahr sechs erwachsene Personen und sehr zufrieden !

Excellent séjour à La Palmyre

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison bien équipée et son jardin très agréables tous les deux, la situation au calme avec cependant la proximité de multiples activités: la plage, le zoo, le phare et la forêt de La Coubre, les nombreuses pistes cyclables. De plus le propriétaire s'est toujours montré disponible et rapide pour nous répondre.

Wir haben uns in diesem schönen ,sauberen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und eine sehr entspannte Zeit dort verbracht ! Es liegt sehr angenehm zentral und dennoch ruhig . Alles hat der Beschreibung im Inserat entsprochen und auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !

Une jolie maison pas très bien placée

Cette agréable maison n'est malheureusement pas très bien placée en raison d'une route fréquentée qui la longe. La pièce principale est plaisante et l'espace suffisant pour 2 enfants et 3 adultes. Le jardin n'est pas très grand mais les plages sont immenses. Les relations avec le propriétaire ont été faciles et les réponses rapides.

Madame En réponse à votre appréciation je souhaite apporter quelques précisons: La route qui longe la résidence et le terrain de notre maison n'est pas un axe de circulation important, nous n'avons jamais eu de retours négatifs de nos locataires. Concernant la superficie de la maison comme indiqué sur le site Abritel et le contrat de location celle-ci fait 100 m2 plus 25 m2 pour le garage et pour le terrain (sans vis à vis) 488 m2 , cela représente une surface confortable ( intérieure et extérieure) pour une villa située à La Palmyre même avec piste cyclable au pied de la résidence, commerces et plages à proximités, de plus dans la cour vous avez la possibilité de garer deux voitures. Les photos de l'annonce montre bien la configuration du jardin, pour avoir des terrains plus grand il faut aller à l’intérieur des terres mais dans ce cas éloignement des plages et commerces!

Deze woning is zeer goed onderhouden. Ze ligt aan de rand van een villapark, waardoor er geen inkijk is in de tuin. Op korte afstand zijn er stranden, winkels, fietsverhuur en restaurants. Leuke badplaats.

Maison spacieuse agréable avec 4 enfants (Un de 3 ans et 3 de moins de 3 ans. 3 chambres confortables juste dommage que dans la petite chambre ce ne soit pas un canapé lit du fait que nous soyons 3 couples, mais cela concerne juste notre situation personnel. Par ailleurs il y avait le canapé-lit dans le salon. Propriétaire agréable et disponible. La personne qui s’occupe de l’entretien est très agréable aussi. PS : pour les personnes qui prennent un forfait ménage d’ailleurs les respects dû lieux n’est pas une option...surtout en cette période particulière ! 😷 Merci encore pour l’accueil

Merci pour votre commentaire, nous avons fait le choix dans la chambre des enfants de mettre un lit tiroir car ils aiment bien avoir chacun leur lit. A bientôt j’espère!
