We booked this stay to get access to the Ritz property. The room is essentially a hotel room that was converted to a condo. The room is a little dated, but clean. The beds are “Full” size super comfy. The hotel was lovely. The common areas and pools just underwent a total renovation last year. The beaches are very nice. They are flat, so walking is easy. There is also an adult only pool, for couples that no longer have little kids. The restaurants and bars were great. We could definitely go back again.

My 5 night stay at the Ritz Carlton, Key Biscayne was on my "to do " list for the past few years, as I always stay at a different property annually in Miami. This (owner owned) accommodation was priced to allow me to finally stay here. The Unit is very clean and well appointed. I loved the night view of downtown Miami from the balcony. My only distraction, was the Resorts transition from traditional elegance to a more sterile, contemporary (less is more) renovated aesthetic. I prefer the grandeur of the Biltmore/Coral Gables or the Acqualina in Sunny Isle.

Great family vacation

Our family of 3 had a wonderful stay - the property was perfect for a vacation with a small child (our son is 2.5). We loved the pool and beach access, the staff was incredible and the room was perfect.

Clean, comfortable room with the amazing benefit of being a Ritz-Carlton guest for a lot less than the normal nightly cost of a room. I especially appreciated having direct access to the parking garage so I only had to use the valets if I wanted to. The only drawback is that you do not get daily maid service and there is no place outside the room to dispose of your garbage. I would definitely stay here again if I go back to Miami.

The apartment is beautiful. I especially enjoyed watching the sunset in the late afternoon from the balcony. The apartment comes with all the Ritz-Carlton luxuries. The staff is very professional and helpful. I took long walks on the beach and was glad to play in the Tennis Center as a guest.

Wonderful venue and stay!

Great property and location which couldn’t be any better. Ana was a helpful host and the amenities were great. A lovely area and the accommodations were so nice, restaurants, pools, gym were great. Would definitely vacation here again and the room was very comfortable as well as friendly and helpful staff.
