Fully renovated stone house. Living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom. Terrace and private grounds with exceptional views of the Puy-de-Dôme and the Monts du Sancy. Quiet and pleasant village offering free access to 2 tennis courts, a ping-pong table, a pétanque court, and a soccer field. Numerous nature trails, just 5 minutes from the beautiful Sioule Gorges (fishing, swimming, canoeing, rock climbing, restaurants...)<br>Please note: bed linens are not provided (a linen option is available—contact me)
