La maison est situé à environ 2km du bourg de Charensat après le lieu dit La Raterie. Elle est seule au milieu de champs et de forêt, ce qui donne accès à un calme absolument délicieux. Les seuls bruits environnants sont les oiseaux, les criquets et quelques vaches. Sa situation permet d'avoir des nuits étoilés exceptionnelles. Autour ce trouve des étangs ou lac qui permettent des marches pleine de charme et à l'abri sous les arbres. Un léger bémol est que la maison est loin de tout et donc il est systématiquement nécessaire de prendre la voiture.Un énorme plus de cette ancienne maison est l'épaisseur des murs qui faisait que nous avions 22c au rez de chaussé et 24c à l'étage dans les chambres pendant la canicule de juin/juillet 2026. Une oasis en cette période.L'intérieur, très bien mis au goût du jour, est pratique et confortable. La cuisine, les literies et le tableau électrique indiquent que la rénovation est récente car tout semble neuf.Olivier qui est le contact par Abritel est sympathique et très réactif.

Le gîte est très confortable. Nous avons passé 1 semaine à la Toussaint. C est agréable de constater que tous les produits de base sont prévus ( pastilles vaisselle,lessive, éponge, torchons...).La literie est de qualité.Le gîte est situé prés de chemins de randonnées. On a apprécié la decouverte de la forêt et de l étang de Chancelade. Region d élevage, on mange de très bons produits du terroir. L accueil des propriétaires est chaleureux. Ils sont toujours disponibles pour notre confort.Nozs recommandons cette location.

Voor diegene die rust en privacy zoeken

Het huis is prachtig, alles is vrij nieuw en waarschijnlijk net in gebruik genomen voor de verhuur. Als je privacy zoekt dan vind je dat hier zeker. Een simpele tuin waar je heerlijk overdag van de zon kunt genieten en in de nacht prachtig de sterren kunt zien. De Melkweg is zeer goed waar te nemen. Voor de mensen die een wat zachter bed willen zullen het geen fijne bedden vinden deze zijn zeer hard. Misschien komt dit doordat ze nog nieuw zijn Al met al een prachtige vakantiewoning 4,5 van ons.
