Thank you for your review, Ann. We are glad you and your family had an enjoyable time at our home. I appreciate your feedback and just wanted to follow up. During your stay, we did send two separate messages after you checked in to see if everything was up to your expectations. We never heard anything from you, or we would have addressed your concerns immediately. We want all of our guests to enjoy their stay and if there is something not right, we ask them to please let us know asap so we can do our best to take care of it. I apologize for not having an ice maker we do provide a water filter container and have ice cube trays in the freezer. If we would have known, we could have even dropped off a bag of ice for you. We will take the living furniture feedback into consideration. I have not had anyone else complain about the living room furniture, but I do apologize that it did not work for your group. The orange couch, I think is really soft and comfy. The gray couch is a little stiffer and may not be as comfortable to some. The kitchen chairs are not something I have heard about before either, but I will take a look at them and see if we can add felt to the bottoms. As for the pillows, there should be two soft and two firm pillows in each room. They sometimes get moved around from room to room. I was there yesterday and did notice that two of the rooms did have all firm pillows in them, I apologize about that. In the closets we do have extras so there should have been enough softer pillows to go around. Thanks again for choosing our place to stay. 😊

Alecia, Thank you for the very nice review. We are glad you had a great time. I want to apologize for the temperature problem. The thermostat does have a code on it but you should still be able to switch it to the A/C without any code and adjust the temperature without a code as well. I will definitely check into this. Do you remember what number you texted? I'm so sorry I didn't get it. I would have fixed the temperature issue immediately. I just want to make sure I have my correct number available for guests.
