Located across from Pen-Guen Beach on the 1st floor (no lift) of the Résidence du Golf, this pleasant one-bedroom apartment (T2) measures approximately 55 m² and features Wi-Fi. It offers an entryway with a closet, a living/dining room (1 160-cm sofa bed) opening onto a balcony with a view of the sea and the residence’s garden, a kitchenette area, a bathroom with a shower (renovated in October 2025), a separate toilet, and a bedroom (2 90-cm beds and 2 90-cm fold-out beds) opening onto a west-facing balcony with an unobstructed view of the greenery. One parking space.
Maximum 6 people.
Pets ALLOWED.

Note: There is a nightclub in the beach car park. This property is located right on the beach.
