Peaceful Top Floor Chalet with a View

Cosy top floor apartment on a Samedan mountain side with striking views of the Alps.

High ceilings and wall windows provide natural light all year round. Raclette, fondue, and coffee machine available.

Only a 10min walk away from Samedan's train station and a 5min walk to the historic centre and spa. Private indoor parking available for free.

Please bear in mind: there is a steep 4 min walk from the garage to the flat. Great views come with great hills!

We are new hosts, this home has been with our German-Scottish family for over 40 years and we now welcome you into it.

The 60sqm flat is located in the hillside of Alp Muntatsch providing a panoramic view of Engadin, just sit back and enjoy.

Memory foam mattresses and cotton bedsheets are available for your comfort. The double beds measure 160cm x 200cm. Wooden blinds in both bedrooms. Reading lights in bedrooms and living room.

Ceiling window in the bathroom makes a star gazing bath possible.

Enjoy freshly ground coffee in the morning and an indulgent Raclette or fondue evening after a day of hiking/skiing.

Hübsches Chalet in Samedan

Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Chalet wirklich genießen und möchten gerne das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit unserem netten Gastgeber, unkompliziertes Check-in, Parkplatz in der Garage, die Lage, die Wohnung selbst, das ganze zusammen mit einem herrlichen Ausblick und Alpenluft hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Gemütliche Wohnung mit fantastischem Panorama aus Wohnzimmer und Balkon

Top ausgestattet, super Kommunikation mit Besitzern. Wer die Wohnung nutzen will, sollte ein paar steile Meter aus dem Dorf oder der Autogarage gehen können, wird dafür aber mit einem Wahnsinns-Panorama belohnt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn im Inserat stehen würde, dass man das Cheminee nicht benützen darf. Auch wäre es dienlich, wenn die Daten für den Garagenplatz im Inserat stehen würde. Leider mussten wir mit meinem Auto draussen parkieren, weil der "Schlitten" zu kurz war. Ansonsten alles tip top

Perfekter Ort für Familien

Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben und sehr sauber. Schöner Wohnbereich mit Terrasse und wunderbarer Aussicht auf Samedan. Im grösseren Schlafzimmer haben 3 Personen (2 Erw. und 1 Kind) Platz und im kleineren Schlafzimmer können 2 Personen schlafen. Das eine Badezimmer mit Toilette und Dusche ist eher klein. Das zweite Badezimmer mit Badewanne dafür etwas grösser. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Aus meiner Sicht darf das Besteck oder die eine oder andere Pfanne bald ausgetauscht werden. Der Vermieter hat rasch auf meine Fragen reagiert und auch die Informationen zum Check-In waren gut und ausreichend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Danke Aidan!
