Family-friendly, quiet apartment in a beautiful Engadine house
A child-friendly and practically furnished 4.5 room apartment on the 1st Floor in a quiet southwest location. A large living-dining room with a cozy Swedish stove and a small west-facing balcony form the heart of the apartment. A small and well-equipped separate kitchen, in which the Nespresso coffee machine is not missing, also allows many guests to cook. In the 3, freshly furnished, partly rather small (children's room) bedrooms you will find enough space to store clothes and make yourself comfortable. A practically furnished cloakroom and a separate bathroom and toilet make it easier for several guests to live together.
In the house, Chesa Cuntainta, you will also find a ski and bicycle storage room as well as a laundry room with washing machine and tumbler to be shared by all tenants. A parking space in the garage in the neighboring Hotel Giardino Mountain is at your disposal.
The Chesa Cuntainta is located in the Üerts development, near the center of the village in a quiet location. Cross-country trails, hiking and biking trails, riding stables and a bus stop, restaurant, children's playground, sports and grocery store can be found in the village, all within a 2-5 minute walk. A large selection of other summer and winter sports for 1-99 year olds can be easily reached by public transport or by car in a few minutes. There are usually bus connections to all valley stations of all Oberengadin mountain railways at least every 1/2 hour)
When booking at short notice, please contact the landlord beforehand.
Final cleaning of CHF 140.- (mandatory), tourist tax of CHF 3.15 per night and person (mandatory), bed linen / terry towels up to 3 people CHF 60.-, more than 3 people CHF 100.- and any usage fees for washing machine / dryer from CHF 2.- per wash / drying cycle will be charged on site.
