Welcome to the Crane Kate!

Spend a memorable and relaxing holiday at the highest level in our thatched semi-detached house (built in 2013). The 110 square meter house is very high quality and with attention to detail. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms can accommodate up to 6 people - an ideal accommodation for larger families, couples traveling together with children or also for the smaller family who wants more space.

Downstairs you will find the light-filled living / dining room. Here you can spend relaxing evenings on the comfortable sofas while the stove roars in front of him. Here you can play in the evening with the family board game or read a book from the existing bookshelf or enjoy one of the existing DVDs / BlueRays on large flat screen TV with BlueRay player. The stereo system has a docking station for your i-Phone and a USB input for your stick. Thanks to the free wireless connection you stay outside still linked with the world. The dining room can be found on large trains dining table enough space for a delicious dinner that you have prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. This is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and of course the Nespresso machine. 20 Nespressotabs you receive as a welcome gift!
In. 1 OG are 2 double bedrooms (bedroom 1 bed size 1.80 * 2.00m and 2 bedroom for the adults bed size 1.80 * 2.10m). Each bedroom has its own TV and a small stereo, also with docking station. Another bedroom is in the attic, you will find 2 single beds (size 0,90 * 2,00 m), and also a TV before. Both bathrooms (EC and. 1 OG) have underfloor heating, a heated towel rail, a large trains shower, sink and toilet. On the ground floor bathroom our great sauna is built. Here you can relax in a sauna for € 2,00. In the utility room is a washer and dryer, both for € 2.00 is available. If necessary, you have a highchair and a travel cot with mattress free of charge. The entire house has a cork floor with imitation wood or Tiles.

Our from the living / dining room of walk, large Darßveranda waiting for you with a garden table and 6 chairs and a beach chair. Your children can in our own large garden with lawn play up the food, cooked on the existing electric grill, is on the table. Breakfast is served on the input side terrace morning. The house has 2 parking spaces and a house-owned parking shed.

Ein Ferienhaus zum wohlfühlen. Wir verbrachten hier eine tolle Woche mit der Familie (drei Generationen 15-75 Jahre). Kurze Wege zu Restaurants und Strand. Super Ausstattung, es fehlte uns an nichts. Trotz der zentralen Lage waren die Nächte sehr ruhig und erholsam. Die Betten sind nicht so weich und somit für uns perfekt gewesen. Wir genossen jeden Morgen ein Frühstück auf der schönen Terrasse mit jeder Menge Schmetterlingen.

Gemütlich und tolle, ruhige Lage

Insgesamt gut ausgestattetes und geschmackvoll eingerichetes Doppelhaus. Lage sehr ruhig, dennoch zentral und strandnah. Sauberkeit bekommt ein Sternchen Abzug, aber wir haben bei einem Aufenthalt von 4 Tagen kein "Drama" daraus gemacht. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Haus für 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder.

Es war ein schöner Urlaub, bei herrlichem Wetter. Wir waren dort mit unseren Enkelkindern. Die Ameiseninvasion in der Küche konnten wir in der Zeit erfolgreich bekämpfen. Die Abläufe in den Duschen müssen mal gesäubert werden.

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem liebevoll ausgestatteten Haus verbracht. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ein Urlaub in Zingst über den Jahreswechsel ist ein besonderes Erlebnis. Sehr beeindruckend war das Silvesterfeuerwerk an des Seebrücke. Wir kommen gerne und sicher wieder!
