Perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach, outdoor dining, or barbecuing! This is the perfect beach getaway for vacation travelers/ or business. Great location, heated pool.

Had a little hiccup upon check-in but the property mgmt company made it right. Overall the property is great and very close to lots of amazing attractions. The pool and outdoor area is very well done with top notch landscaping, spaces to relax and recreate. A short walk to the beach on top of everything else is just a cherry on top.

Great vacation in favorite place

It was a great 4 days stay with my 6 persons family and our dog (we had 1 extra inflatable bed with us) The house looked even better than on pictures. We enjoyed a pool even it is December. Great convenient location, short walk to the beach and Cocoa beach pier. The house is near the busy road, yet fenced yard took care of our privacy completely. We loved it!

Space Coast Is Real

The pool is great! We were there during a heat wave that made the beach uncomfortable so we were in the pool half the time we were there. Even though it's a corner lot on a major thoroughfare the fence gives you all the privacy you need. Literally a five minute walk to the beach and a short walk to several restaurants. We would definitely rent this one again.

Perfect for us!

Very convenient location, short walk to the beach and not far from restaurants in the area. Having a pool was a nice bonus to chill in too!

Pool and backyard are awesome.

My kids loved the pool. There was a huge tv outside as well, which we used. The house had everything we needed. The whole outdoor area was beautiful. The walk to the beach was easy. There was a wagon in the garage and numerous boogie boards. We had a great time and especially loved the pool!
