This spacious 2400 sq. foot home features 3 bedrooms with queen-size beds, 2 baths plus an additional large Great room with 2 queen size Murphy beds. In addition to the bedrooms - the living room provides 2 queen-size sleeper sofas, and the entrance sitting room also has a queen-size sofa bed and TV. Large private fenced backyard with patio, BBQ, and two bicycles. Flat panel TVs in all bedrooms, Great Room, the sitting room and living room. Home is fully furnished to include kitchen, washer and dryer, baths, and all linen. The home offers free Wi-Fi. Alarm system and outdoor security lighting.

Great Spring Break!

We loved our stay here! It had everything we needed and then some! It has everything you need for the beach, wagon, chairs, towels and toys! The neighbors are super friendly as well.

Everything you need for a great stay

This place was clean, close to the beach, with plenty of space. The back yard was nice- fenced in with privacy fence. They supplied about anything you would like to have on the beach- boogie boards, shovels, buckets, umbrella, chairs, a wagon to cart it all to the beach, & 2 bikes, that came in handy for riding around. The picnic tables were nice. The neighborhood was surprisingly quite. Plenty of room for inside, very comfortable.

A short walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier, bike paths, Famous Ron Jon's and of course splendid sunrises, just 300 steps to our beautiful beach.
Area attractions include the Kennedy Space Center, Cruise lines including Disney and Port Canaveral casinos. Brevard County Zoo, Patrick Air Space Base, fishing piers, nature walks, wildlife watersports, parks, Sebastian Inlet, air boat rides, mini-golf, and a wide range of nearby restaurants, and shopping centers.
An hour to Orlando, and Daytona Beach. Two hours to Jacksonville, Tampa, or West Palm Beach, 4 hours to Miami, and just 15 minutes to historic Cocoa Village.
