This townhome was wonderful! The bed was very comfortable, linens were of high quality, and the kitchen had everything I needed. They even had complimentary coffee and soaps, etc. The host was very responsive and timely with any questions or issues. I was there for over a month. Perfect location! Felt very safe as a single woman. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Clean & Modern

Bravo, this is a VRBO property done right. We came up setting up a showroom for furniture market and this property checks all the boxes. Less than 5 minutes away from the center of High Point. Clean and modern. Hotel quality beds and linens. Great WIFI and smart TV’s in each bedroom as well as the living room. Although we did not cook, the kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed the complimentary coffee each morning. Will definitely stay here again.

Host went above and beyond to ensure we could modify our reservation. Very communicative.This unit is a townhome, there are neighbors sharing walls on both sides. We heard them only a handful of times. The complex is older, but quiet, plenty of parking. Kitchen was fairly well stocked, the appliances were practically new. Kitchen countertops are very worn. There were extra linens and blankets. The King headboard needs to be replaced. The location can't be beat. We felt safe, there were plenty of amenities, shopping, restaurants, easy access to the freeways.

Overall good

Safe, quiet, convenient little place but was unfortunately not properly cleaned. Host did respond immediately and said the issue would be taken up with cleaning crew.
