One-bedroom apartment with a pool in a quiet complex, located 100 metres from the ocean and the Route Bleue, facing southwest. A parking space in the private car park is reserved for tenants.The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a 140-bed, and an alcove with two bunk beds. The bathroom and toilet are separate. A terrace with a table, chairs, and a parasol allows you to enjoy meals outdoors.Wi-Fi is available, as well as the channels on the “ TNT.La ” A seawater swimming pool is 200 metres away, and other beaches are quite close by. Located near the Armandèche Lighthouse, the apartment is ideally situated for hiking or biking along the coast. Shops and services are located in the heart of the area. The market halls are open several days a week, even in winter. A travel cot can be provided. Home to the Vendée Globe, Les Sables is one hour from Le Puy-du-Fou. There are many activities available nearby. Please feel free to contact us for any additional information. The SNCF train station is in the centre of Les Sables, and the Bus Line B stop is at the end of Rue du Sémaphore.
