The place was really nice. Spacious, clean, comfortable. Location is great. Close to public transportation and countless restaurants, in fact, too many options. Host is great and I have to say that the rules manual helps us a lot. The only thing that was not too good was air conditioning but they have electric fans around the house. If I go to New Jersey/New York in the future, definitely will rent this place again. I really recommend this place 100%
Hoboken is a great location when visiting NYC with teens. Easy to navigate to and from the city to the VRBO, cute neighborhood, lots of good food choices.
This apartment was perfect for our group- the location was prime- close to so many restaurants, bars, shops. And a quick uber into Manhattan. Mena was super helpful as we had a slight issue with the key checking in- but she responded very quickly and walked us through everything. She was great! We would stay here again for the value and location!
Home offered everything we needed and more. Traveled with my sister and 3 kids and everyone was comfortable. Commute to the city was an adventure but easy enough to manage. Would definitely recommend to others. A variety of restaurants and shops to visit and enjoy.
The stay was nice, it was a great location, a small walk to the train station. Great communication with the host. AC problem, but the host made ever effort to fix. We had fans which was okay for our short stay. If you have a car, be prepared to walk a few blocks for parking. Host had a list of garages. Will definitely be back. There is one TV in the living room, wasn’t a problem, more of fyi.
Convenient location one block from Washington Street. There was a bagel and a coffee shop right on the corner. Apartment was spacious for the area and in good shape considering the age of the building.
The unit was was as described and very close to bus service to NYC. The host was awesome!. Very responsive and went of their way to accommodate us. Defiantly would stay here again!
I enjoyed how spacious the rental is and well stocked with nice kitchenware and appliances, etc. The neighborhood is safe and lovely. So very close to all the shops and dining on Washington Street. I highly recommend Jefferson Coffee which is across 6th from O'Bagel. Delicious coffee and sweet breads. Communication with my host was top notch. Thank you! Will come back
Our family really enjoyed staying here. Our kids loved the space and could really relax after a long day out and about. Location is terrific for local shops, nice places to eat and transportation to the city.
Really well located property for getting into NY. Very comfortable beds and good to have air con but the property overall is quite dated and could do with a refurb.

Unfortunately we will not stay here again. Certainly not worth the amount paid. The property is weathered. Had issues with apt door. Washer did not drain. Mena the mgr did arrange for laundry pick up Problem with ants also. We rented this property because of reviews that is why I’m being honest to future tenants
We loved our stay in Hoboken. Washington street was a great lively place. Easy to get to public transportation. Great basement unit with comfy beds. We had a great time.
We had an amazing time! The apartment was very clean and we felt completely safe and comfortable. It was very easy to get to local restaurants and to the transportation system to NYC. Would definitely stay here next time we come!
Fantastic location and great value for relaxation and fun in the NY/NJ area. Hoboken is so nice and pleasant it's almost weird. The flat is located within steps of a great bagel place (O'Bagel, truly excellent and busy), coffee (Jefferson's and Hidden Grounds), and restaurants (the ramen and poke places at 6th and Washington are both great for a quick meal, and Mario's around the corner should be enshrined as a national treasure.Flat has lots of room but it isn't fancy. Has everything you need though, plenty of fans and a working AC. Kitchen is fine but I don't think we even turned on the stove. Big fridge. Very safe-feeling neighborhood. If you walk fast it's 10 minutes to the train station, and if you're visiting please understand that PATH is super easy and you're in Manhattan in no time, either the WTC or the Village and up to midtown almost. And at night it's quiet, very much unlike Manhattan.
