The apartment has a large living room with a TV lounge and a dining room. A fully equipped independent kitchen opening onto a balcony that can have lunch outside. In addition, a first bedroom with two 90 cm beds, a second bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and a third bedroom with a 160 cm double bed. A bathroom with a walk-in shower. Separate toilets.
Renovated and new apartment. Quiet residence and private parking in the residence.

Administrative fees in addition 48€
Rental of sheets / 2 towels (€24 per person) and end of stay cleaning extra (€100 incl. tax) compulsory. Cleaning carried out according to the recommendations of the Ministry of Health following the Covid-19 crisis.
