La Chiniallion

Gorgeous chalet overlooking the ski slopes, 3 minute walk to the bus stop for easy access to the ski area. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, would definitely recommend.

Perfect house and location

The house has everything for a wonderful stay. Everything was included as mentioned on the website. The location is excellent, quite and still nearby the centre (bakery, busstop). It was a great week!

Family vacation.

The house itself is okay. Bedding was not like in the pictures. Beds were not made when we arrived. Had to search for sheets and put them on ourselves. The hot water seems to be controlled by the owner and it was turned off one night. Could not take showers until the morning. We did contact them but got no response. The upstairs bathroom door does not lock or close. Had to move a shelf in front of it to keep it closed. The middle bathroom has mold on the ceiling.

Dommage que le chalet est mal entretenu : wc sale, frigo sale, micro onde, bouilloire antartre et non vide. et matériel défectueux non remplacé : robot cuisine en panne ,Poele usagé, balance cuisine absente. Linge de maison : serviettes de toilettes mouillés a notre arrivé. Poubelle de l autre locataire laisse dans local ski

Chalet bien situé

Le chalet est tres bien situé et belle vue en effet. Toutefois, la propreté n'était pas tellement au rendez-vous, table extérieur rafistolée, chaises cassées... pour manger a l'extérieur, il faut jongler avec les chaises intérieurs extérieurs, frigo pas tres grand. Nous avons écrit a la propriétaire qui nous a repondu avec bcq d'ironie, dommage !

bonjour après discussion avec notre conciergerie, il s'avère que vous êtes arrivés 3 heures avant l'heure contractuelle afin de poser vos bagages comme nous vous l'avions proposé. vous deviez juste laisser vos bagages en bas, mais vous avez investi le chalet alors qu'il n'était effectivement pas encore nettoyé . lorsque Sonia est arrivée pour faire le ménage vous étiez installé dans le canapé, vous aviez déposé vos courses dans le frigo etc etc. deplus vous avez du confondre l'intérieur de notre beau chalet avec celui du voisin, lui aussi sur Abritel mais avec 8 couchages.....car nous n'avons jamais fait mention d'une cafetière nespresso, ni d'un lit bébe..... Vous nous avez signalé 10 adultes, or votre cousin s'est greffé au dernier moment. les charges ne sont pas les mêmes et l'assurance non plus. je ne vous demanderai pas de supplément. pour finir, j'ai tenté de vous contacter mais en vain.... quel dommage de poster des commentaires comme ceux là sans reconnaitre la qualité d'un travail bien fait! cordialement

Bonjour , À notre arrivée nous avons découvert un logement sale literie , entretien, déchets dehors barbecue rouillé…. Photos à l appui, nous n’en resterons pas là … et nous ferons circuler sur les réseaux sociaux le manque d’honnêteté !
