Modern and super comfortable 5 bedroom + 3 bath home with new kitchen, gorgeous gunite pool, brand-new hot tub and har-tru tennis court; a fantastic finished basement (with 2 staircases on either end of basement), indoor and outdoor ping-pong, foosball and air hockey; Satellite DirecTV in 6 rooms, secluded on a "dead-end" street. Very private setting fully fenced-in on 1 acre. Close to town, restaurants and beach. Weekly pool, bi-weekly tennis court maintenance included, electric, water and garbage disposal/pick-up included. Small Children related Note: While the entire property is fenced, THERE IS NO immediate fencing on the deck to surround the pool for additional safety.
