We extended our two-week stay at 846A Dune Road this August and couldn’t have been happier. The three-bedroom, two-bath home is fully equipped, beautifully landscaped, and has convenient beach access right across the street.The owner was also kind enough to let us enjoy the roof deck, which has expansive views and beautiful sunsets. The Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and washer/dryer all worked perfectly throughout our stay.

Incredible beach property

Rick was a wonderful host. It is a nicely furnished 3 bedroom house and equipped with everything we needed. The wifi was great and I was able to work remotely. The house was immaculate and we had access to the bay and the ocean. The owners provided kayaks and paddle boards for us to use on the private beach. The owners even let us use their heated salt water pool and roof deck with amazing bay and ocean views. I highly recommend this wonderful beach house.

Bliss in the Dunes

We loved, loved, loved our stay at this house. Our hosts were absolutely fabulous, with a welcome gift and great communication. The house was so light and airy and tastefully decorated. It was also immaculately clean. The master bath was clearly renovated recently and is gorgeous. During our stay there was a big storm and the roar of the ocean was so wonderful to hear. Also loved the sound of the seagulls. We were there 13 days and loved every minute of our stay. The ocean beach is across the street and we had access to the owners’ private beach on the bay. We would highly recommend this place for anyone coming to Westhampton Beach who craves a true beach atmosphere. It was so peaceful, nurturing and relaxing. Awesome location on Dune Road! Will definitely recommend to anyone we know coming to Westhampton.

Howard’s home in Westhampton was perfect for our family. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to the beach, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. On top of that, Howard was an excellent host—responsive, welcoming, and very helpful throughout. We would gladly stay there again.
