perfect place for our first beach trip!

The house was perfect! Our favorite part was opening the sliding doors and doubling the living space. We lived in the pool...amazing. Definitely the way to travel, we made ourselves at home. Clean, easy to navigate, and all the beach necessities at your fingers (umbrella, cooler,chairs,toys). Perfect location. Very clean home with great relaxing outdoor space. We ate almost all our at-home meals outside. The pool was a perfect temperature with no additional heat needed this time of year. Great communication with our host. Close to grocery store in a safe neighborhood. The provided beach chairs, coolers, towels, etc. made daily trips to the beach easy and allowed us to pack light. Checked all the boxes for our family of 5.

Everything we needed was in the home. Very comfortable and with spacious rooms. The master bathroom is very nicely designed. The swimming pool is also great feature. The house is located in a very upscale development. There is easy access to major roads with grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants close by. Sylvia, the owner, provided us with all the instructions prior to arrival and there were no issues with the home. We would recommend this lovely home to anyone who is looking for a spacious home in the Naples area close to major roads and shopping.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Villa Belly. The location was perfect as we could easily get to parks, shopping, and the gorgeous Naples Beach! We felt immediately at home in the lovley property that had many extra amenities. The pool was amazing. We enjoyed using the bikes, and the neighborhood was lovley. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and bath had everything needed. We so appreciated the responsiveness and attention to detail by the owner. She really thought of everything! We really enjoyed our 5 1/2 week stay at your lovely home. We liked the quiet, friendly neighborhood with sidewalks everywhere. I walked to the Starbucks many mornings. The furniture in the living room was comfortable and spacious for the times we had guests (for the Super Bowl). The management company responded in a timely manner whenever we had a question or request. This house is so well equipped! Beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, bath towels and bed linens etc... The kitchen was also stocked with all the pots and pans and other utensils you could need. We loved having the pool and spent a lot of time each day out on the lanai. The stones on the floor of the lanai could use some refurbishing. It was hard to walk out there without stepping on little loose stones. Not comfortable for my sensitive feet. We look forward to our time at your home next year!

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alle Essentials wie Toilettenpapier, Handtücher, Waschmittel und Co waren vorhanden. Die Betten sind gemütlich; das Wohnzimmer geräumig und die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Der Pool hat einen tollen Sitzbereich und der Garten ist gepflegt und abends schön beleuchtet. Die Kommunikation mit Sylvia war schnell und unkompliziert! Ich komme gerne wieder, dann aber länger!

House and area was quiet and private. House comfortable and clean. A few surprises that were quickly rectified. Ice maker not working, grill not clean, pool had algae growth, one of the bicycles had a flat tire. House manager made aware and things were addressed in a timely fashion and did not impede our vacation . Would highly recommend.
