This brand new one-bedroom in a residence with elevator (from the 1st floor) offers you all the comfort you need for up to 4 people. This flat is equiped with internet access, bed linens, towels, dishes…etc. (all included in the price). This apartment is an ideal location for your holidays (3-minute walking from the beaches) and for your business trips (5 minutes walking from the Palais des Festivals).
Accessibility: 2 minutes walking from the train & bus station.

Please meet us at the reception of the Hotel Florian 8 rue Commandant André to collect the keys or receive the instructions in case of a late check-in (after 10pm).

Please note that we also offer complimentary service of luggage storage if you wish to arrive earlier 1pm or if you wish to leave after 11am.

We can arrange airport transfert to/from Nice Airport for 1 to 5 people by car or van. We have several cars or vans and our drivers will wait for you directly at the airport with your name on a board. Our drivers are also available to assist you during your stay.

Location, location, location! Close to train station, rue d’Antibes, La Croisette and public beaches. On a pedestrian street full of restaurants and shops. Grocery store a few steps away. Lively in the evenings, and the days start early at the cafés, so a pair of earplugs is helpful if you’re sensitive to noise. I brought some and slept like a baby on the sleeper sofa. The elevator starts one floor up from the ground floor, but was very helpful to have. The employees at the hotel where we picked up the keys were wonderful and they let us keep our suitcases there after checkout until it was time to return to the station. Five stars!
