Appartement agréable, fonctionnel et bien situé.

Au calme, avec un côté vue sur la mer Méditerranée et de l'autre sur le Massif du Canigou qui se reflète sur un bel étang, tableau sans cesse renouvelé !Nous nous sommes sentis aussitôt à l'aise, car joli déco qui fait voyager et tout le confort fonctionnel.En plus, pratique pour rayonner sur la côte et vers les vallées des Pyrénées.

Super Lage

Wir wurden freundlich von der Nachbarin mit dem Schlüssel begrüßt. Trotz anfänglichen Sprachschwierigkeiten, klappte alles hervorragend. Die Nachbarin beantwortete uns alle Fragen und Nachfragen und war immer für uns da. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, ein scharfes Messer mehr könnte jedoch nicht schaden. Mit unserem Grand Scenic kamen wir in der Tiefgarage mit Einweiser in die Parklücke. Der Strand vor der Haustür war fein und absolut sauber, das Wasser glasklar und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Entlang der Strandpromenade waren viele unterschiedliche Restaurants zu finden, aber auch Abendessen auf dem großen Balkon war dank der tollen Aussicht ein Erlebnis. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Präzise Angebotsbeschreibung

Check in über persönlichen Kontakt mit der Nachbarin fantastisch und hinsichtlich der Besonderheiten des Hauses sehr instruktiv, Sprachverständnis jedoch erforderlich. Eigentümer ist zwar weit weg, bei organisatorischen und technischen Problemen jedoch jederzeit pet Textnachricht erreichbar und hilfreich. Sprachkenntnisse oder Übersetzungssoftware erforderlich. Der Tiefgaragensstellplatz ist für geübte Rangierer auch mit einem geräumigen PKW der oberen Mittelklasse machbar; Inanspruchnahme angesichts der beengten Parksituation der umliegenden Straßen sehr empfehlenswert. Die Lage zum Strand ist optimal. Der Blick aufs Meer ist geradeaus möglich und sehr zu genießen, der Blickwinkel durch Seitenbauten eingeengt. Das Foto im Inserat ist gezoomt. Die Ausstattung ist schön und mit modernen Geräten. Geschirr und Besteck müssen vorher einmal durchgespült werden, möchte man häuslichen Sauberkeitsstandard. Die im Inserat beschriebene Ausstattung ist komplett vorhanden. Das heißt, es gibt keinerlei Extras: Keine Gewürze, nicht einmal Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker Reinigungsmittel (ausgenommen Spülmittel für Geschirrspüler: ist vorhanden). Atmosphäre, Lage, Ausstattung, Dekoration, großzügiger Balkon, Ausblick von den Schlafzimmern zur Bergseite, Klimaanlage machen den Aufenthalt zu einem großartigen Erlebnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
