Welcome to our beautifully decorated, two-storey fisherman's cottage in Cancale. Ideally located on the Port de Houle, directly accessible from the street (very quiet) and in the immediate vicinity of the famous Cancale oyster market.

This newly renovated 45 m² apartment is ideal for a family holiday by the sea. It can accommodate up to 4-5 people.
The reception of this accommodation is autonomous with an electronic key box (no physical reception).

Please note: We do not offer sheets and towels for hire, so you will need to make your own arrangements.

THIS ACCOMMODATION COMPRISES :

First floor:

🔹In the living area, you'll find a fitted kitchen (microwave, oven, coffee maker, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher and all necessary kitchen utensils),
a dining area and a lounge area with a sofa (the sofa converts into a bed) and a TV.

Upstairs: a safety gate is installed at the top of the staircase to prevent toddlers from falling down the stairs.

🔹 A cosy bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, closet and chest of drawers for storing your belongings.
🔹 A room with a bunk bed as well as a shelf with board games.
🔹 A shower room with shower, basin, storage unit, towel dryer and WC.

We leave at the disposal of the travelers: 2 fishing rods which are in cubbyhole

Logement cosy
Logement sur 2 étages qui convient très bien pour 2 personnes. Très bien équipé : vaisselle, prises, rangements, literie, mobilier,... et décoré avec goût. La pièce de vie donne directement sur une petite ruelle avec un accès très proche vers le port. Comme indiqué dans la description, pour se garer à proximité, il n'y a pas d'autre possibilité que les parkings payants mais avec un forfait journalier cela reste raisonnable. Seul point négatif, c'est le manque d'insonorisation avec le logement qui se trouve au dessus de la location : on entend fortement les déplacements et cela donne juste au dessus des chambres.
