There are two patios/gardens, living room, dinning room, & gym equipped for cardio, functional, & weight training. The house is centrally located in one of Garmisch’s finest, quitest & safest neighborhoods yet a short walk from ski lifts, hiking/biking trails, town center, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, & train/bus station.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
During winter months, set floor heating back to 3. During summer months, to zero. Operate outdoor blinds cautiously when raising/lowering them ensuring there’s no furniture obstruction.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quite hours (typical in Germany) - 22:00 to 09:00 o’clock during which load noises (music, yelling, shouting) are forbidden not disturb neighbors.

I can recommend anyone to stay here. The house was well equipped and is very charming. The location is also ideal for a hike to the Zugspitze. Apart from that, the hostess was always available and helpful. We would definitely come back again

I love traveling, cooking, skiing, hiking, mountain biking, piano and classical music. I look forward to hosting you in my house and sharing the beauty of Garmisch and the Bavarian Alps.
