About this property

Our vacation home is close to shopping, dining, boating, fishing, hiking and golf. Downtown Venice, a palm tree lined village with quaint shops and many fine restaurants, is only a short 10 minute drive,
or splash in the clear blue Gulf waters at one of the several nearby beaches. Venice, Florida is the shark-tooth capital of the world, and many beachcombers find these hidden gems while strolling along the water's edge. Chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler are provided for you with this rental!
A beautiful screened lanai with a pool offers refreshing relaxation after a day of sightseeing or beach-bumming. An outdoor grill and dining table is perfect for those nights you'd prefer to stay at home.
The fully equipped kitchen has absolutely everything you'll need, and overlooks the pool.
Our comfortable open living room is equipped with a 50" TV.
Free WiFi is provided for our guests.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and the guestroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds for additional guests. There are 2 full nicely decorated baths.
All of the necessities required for a day at the beach are supplied and includes four beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and a cooler..

Excellent trip!

I made the trip with my 2 adult children and my 6 year old granddaughter. The house and everything included was fabulous! It had everything we needed, was comfortable, good condition, and no issues. The pool was amazing. Location was short drive to the beach and anything else we needed or wanted. Ten minutes from the family members we were visiting. We brought them over to us several times for our visits! Our only regret was that we really didnt have time to enjoy the shuffleboard and other games that are there. Never enough time on vacation! Definitely recommend this place!

Great Place!

We couldn't have been any happier with this property! We had 4 adults, a 4 year old and an infant. The property had more than enough space for all to sleep. They even had a playpen for the baby! The house was CLEAN!! The pool was amazing! The outdoor dining area with the outdoor TV was so nice. The temp of the pool was perfect too! Many outdoor pool toys, shuffleboard and games. Easy access from the main bedroom to the pool too! The location is great - close to stores, Yummie Donuts for breakfast, beaches and restaurants! Definitely recommend a drive to Siesta Key Beach - it's stunning! They property offers LOTS of beach gear - wagon, chairs, coolers, umbrella - USE IT! Property also has a grill and cooking supplies - we got fresh fish from the market and grilled it and enjoyed it late night on the patio with cocktails, music, and some late night swimming! Laundry in the house is so convenient too! Very easy to do a load during your stay so you don't bring home dirty clothes. Thank you so much for such a great stay!! We would definitely come back!! *Make sure to view/sign the guestbook on the table under the living room tv :)

Perfect getaway house

House was just as described and was perfect for our four adults and two kids. Pool was nice size and whole property was very clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing to stay in the area. Close proximity to anything you need and to the beach.

Very nice place

Although we were in town for personal business, this house would be perfect for vacationing families. Clean, nice location and a large, clean pool to enjoy at the end of the day
