Our Smoke Free house is located 5 miles from Sharky's on the Beach.
Cozy, newly remodeled, comfortable house in quiet neighborhood has everything you need to make your stay pleasant. Brand new water softener system has been installed. House has been recently updated to make you feel comfortable and accommodate to your needs. Living Room and Master Bedroom just received a new furniture to make your stay enjoyable. Heated pool makes a swim enjoyable. Two out of the three bedrooms have TVs in them and queen size beds. Third bedroom has full bed with a pull out twin on the bottom. Living room has 60 inch tv for your viewing pleasure. Wireless less internet is provided. Caged big pool has nice open area for you to relax and enjoy the sun. Gas grill is provided. Fully equipped kitchen has absolutely everything you will ever need. Big table in dinning room seats 6 to make you feel comfortable during your meals.
Shopping centers with restaurants, bars, grocery stores and gas stations are located minutes away from the house.
Shamrock Park & Nature Center is 1 mile away, Downtown Venice is 10 minutes away. Siesta Key is 30 minutes away. Enjoy your vacation in paradise!

Great place to stay

The pool was super clean and very warm the house was very clean and welcoming. I would def stay here again and would recommend to anyone thinking about going to the Venice area!

Great place to stay

I stayed here for 3 nights in October. The house was very clean and well stocked with anything you could need during your stay. Close enough to the main road to be convenient to get to anything but quiet enough to hear nothing but nature when you sit out by the pool. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Property

The house is great and having a private heated pool was a great plus. Located within 10 -15 minutes of beaches was very convenient. We had an excellent stay and will definitely book here again.

We loved the house. We enjoyed the pool and grill. The bedrooms were big, enough room in livingroom for all of us to be together. It was set up well for people to enjoy.

Great quiet weekend getaway

The house is perfect and in a quiet neighborhood. All the beds and couch were super comfy and there were plenty of towels, blankets, sheets, and kitchen amenities. It was just like visiting a friend's home. The heated pool was an added bonus, as was the ferry to the private beach. Would absolutely recommend this property to a group of friends or family!

Pleasant choice

Lovely property with everything you need. Very central with plenty of local beaches but also possible to drive to both the beautiful beaches of Boca Grande and Siesta. Enjoy!

Wonderful quiet location. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The home is newly updated and very comfortable. The heated pool is the high point of the home. Huge and inviting. The owner, Luke, assures a wonderful stay. Enjoy!

Venice Family Time

We had a wonderful time in Venice. The home was exactly as described and was the perfect size for our two family, 4 adults/2 children, long weekend adventure. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed during our visit. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. There are several stores nearby if you need to pick up supplies.

Great Vacation With A Great Property

The description of the home was very accurate. The house was very clean upon check-in and communication with the owner was great (very quick responses). The house came with a lot items, which meant we didn’t have to pack a lot of bulky items (beach chairs, beach towels, bath towels, paper products). The pool was very clean too. The location was also great as it was only 15 minutes from Venice Beach and near a lot of restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Great near beach destination

Family really enjoyed the house, felt very homey, and we had a great time having our own pool, which was kept warm and toasty. We made a stop at South Venice Beach via the ferry - although due to the storm the ocean was too rough for swimming. Went to another nearby beach to watch a sunset on the ocean. Thanks for having us!

We truly enjoyed our two month stay. The property is very close to everything you need: beaches, shopping and restaurants. We frequently took advantage of the heated pool which was maintained weekly by the landlord Luke. Luke is a great owner promptly responding to any concern or request. We’ll be returning again.

Great trip!

We had a fantastic week at the house! The pool was the biggest bonus and was used everyday! Location is in a quiet neighborhood:). House was clean and had everything we needed for the week. It was also a nice bonus to have beach chairs and gear to use! Only downfall was that the ferry service wasn’t available as advertised.

great property because of a great owner

We have rented multiple similar houses in Venice over the last few years an this one was by far the best. It looks like it was just renovated as everything was in great shape an the kitchen was well equipped. The pool and patio were very nice and there is even a beverage fridge out there. We did encounter one minor problem during our stay, totally outside anyone’s control and not with the house but outside. With one phone call to the owner there was someone there to take care of it in under an hour. We will rent here again.

Nicely Renovated Home!

We really enjoyed our stay. There were two couples with kids. The house had plenty of space for both families. The heated pool was a great addition! The kids were swimming at the crack of dawn everyday. The house was close to many great restaurants and 5 minutes from the beach. Luke, the owner was very accommodating. We spoke several times before our stay and he left several treats at the house for us. I do have to mention that the bedroom for the children only has a pull out sofa that would not be very comfortable for an adult. The room was large though, so there was plenty of extra space for us to put an air mattress.

Great Location and Beautiful Pool.

We had a wonderful time at Luke's place during the month of January 2023. We enjoyed having coffee and breakfast in the sun next to the well-maintained pool every morning. The warm pool water and the extra-large lanai were very relaxing. The location was perfect for us, being close proximity to the Legacy Bike Trail, which we rode our bikes to nearly every day. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the backyard was mostly private with enough distance between the houses. The home has an open floor plan, and the beds were comfortable. Luke was a great host. He was very responsive by telephone and in person helping us resolve any issue or answering any of our questions. We had a great time and we'd definitely consider staying there again. Thanks Luke!

One of the rooms is a garage that was renovated and is beautiful but the ac unit is there so is impossible to sleep there due to the ac noise
