Fully air-conditioned family-friendly single-storey and detached comfort house, child-friendly, plot fully walled and fenced, saltwater swimming pool, therefore hardly chlorine and therefore healthier for skin and ears, 3,60 x 8,60 m, SOLAR-lit, spacious living room, 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms / 2 toilets, 3 pcs, HD TV, WIFI, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, el. Safter, enough pots and pans in different sizes, more than sufficient crockery for 8 persons, kitchen sliding door the glass cabinet with a large selection, open and 1 covered terrace with each table and seating, separate laundry room with washing machine, professionally maintained garden (incl. Pool care), garden shed with umbrellas, beach chairs cushions etc, everything was comfortable and plentiful, as we live here again and again longer time, WiFi, TV (German, French, Spanish, English, no animals, baby bed on request, bed sheets basically not provided , (on request and advance order for 25 EURO available. No hand and bath towels, gas as well as charcoal grills available,
The house is suitable for 6 people or 3 couples, restaurants and shops in the area nearby, (about 10 minutes walk) Golf, horseback riding, sailing, swimming, cycling in the vicinity possible, beach about 350 m. Bus stop to Denia about 500 m.

Casa y propietarios fantásticos

Después de 2 años hemos vuelto a repetir la experiencia y nos ha vuelto a encantar al igual que la primera vez. Casa comodísma con todo lujo de detalles y una piscina de agua salada muy cuidada donde nos hemos relajado enormemente. Semana estupenda, probabilidad de que haya una 3 vez alta.

Excellent séjour

Merci à Uwe et Ursula qui, même à distance, ont été attentionnés et anticipaient même nos demandes. La maison est très bien entretenue et pleine de charme. La cuisine est super équipée (ustensiles …). La maison est à 2 pas de la mer; elle est située dans un environnement résidentiel calme. Dénia est tout près également. Je recommande sans réserve.

Una semana fantástica

Quería desde aquí dar las gracias a Uwe por la atención que no ha brindado y felicitarle por una maravillosa casa llena de detalles y comodidades. Mención especial para la piscina de agua salada de la que mi familia y yo hemos disfrutado plenamente esta semana , especialmente mi hija de 6 años. Intentaremos volver en los próximos veranos.
