From the lounge a staircase leads to the first floor which offers 3 double bedrooms, all with air conditioning. The first bedroom is fitted with a full-size bed, a full bath room en-suite and a beautiful terrace with marvellous views to the mountains. The second bedroom has also a full-size bed, and the third bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. There is a further full bath room on the same floor. The third floor offers a large room with a full-size bed and another single bed, also with air conditioning. In addition, there is enough space to put another bed on enquiry. This attractive villa is completely furnished and equipped with all you might need for a happy and relaxing family holiday. The Almadrava beach is at 650 metres from the holiday house and the large sandy beach at 1.000 metres. Denia's city centre can be reached within 10 minutes by car and is at 9 km, also the large shopping centre "El Portal de la Marina" in Ondara which is at 8 km. The area of Denia at the lovely Costa Blanca is the perfect holiday destination. Enjoy the mild climate all year round, long sandy beaches and the most beautiful green back country. Denia provides a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! The diversified 20 km long sandy beach offers something for everyone, water sport activities, calm areas, beach bars, cliffy bays in the nature reserve, great for diving and snorkeling. Denia is situated exactely between Valencia and Alicante, from both airports the holiday home can be reached within about 1 hour. Within 20 minutes to max. 1 hour you can reach several other lovely places on the coast, i.e. Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, an Alicante in the south, as well as Oliva, Gandia and Valencia in the north. Also a trip to the back country is worth to do, you will see lots of orange groves, almond trees and quaint villages between green hills and mountains. 2 renowned golf courses (Oliva Nova and La Sella Golf) are at only 10 resp. 12 km from the bungalow.
